Our newly renovated and furnished, ground level condo is perfect for family and friends seeking the world class fly fishing, skiing, golfing, hiking, and biking offered by the Vail Valley as well as the rest and relaxation of a glass of wine on a secluded, river front patio. Unique amenities include a 1 min walk to a mile of private fishing access on the Eagle River, a short drive to Beaver Creek and Vail skiing, and a 5 min walk to restaurants, grocery store, and other Edwards River Walk shops.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. The ground floor location was a plus. Our only reason for a 4 rating was the secondary bed was not suitable for an adult, children perhaps but not an adult. It needed more than just a piece of plywood under the mattress. The Master bed was great though.

This is our third time staying here. It is so convenient to our family when we visit. It is extremely well stocked, even with some condiments in the fridge and coffee in the cabinet. It is also a great area to take a walk or do some shopping. The bed was very comfy too. We come to visit several times a year and will certainly try to stay here.Thanks, Travis

Great Stay

The location was extremely convenient. Just a couple miles to Arrowhead and walking distance to Riverwalk for groceries, restaurants, and shops. We plan to rent again.

Annual ski vacation made great

The location of the property, the cleanliness, the decoration were perfect. I've never stayed in a VRBO that had all the condiments and cooking supplies you could ever need. Hope to stay here again next year!

Travis's place was as advertised, clean, great location next to the river, quiet area, and close to both the town of Edwards and Beaver Creek parking lots. Great condo for a family of 4. The condo was clean and well furnished. We would stay here again.

Birthday Celebration

We visited our son and his family for our grandson’s birthday. The condo was perfect. It was very well stocked with everything thing. There was a bike in the storage area!. Very close to walking paths and shopping. We travel to Edwards several times a year and this condo was the best we have stayed at and if available will stay here again. Travis was very responsive to any concerns we had

Down by the river

The place was so awesome! It was super easy to get to and what a great location! It was just a quick walk across the bridge to downtown Edward’s for food, groceries and entertainment. I would highly recommend and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Very Peaceful and Clean

This was a good base for skiing Beaver Creek and Vail. There are grocery stores and restaurants near by. The 4-plex setup is very quiet. We saw people but never heard them. Travis is a very good host who is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with spices, salad dressing and other basic items like aluminum foil, which all came in handy. The place was spotless. We will definitely look at booking this unit again.

Fabulous location

The location was so primo! Quietest corner of the development, right on the river and so convenient to the walking path. Condo was well appointed, with everything we needed. Kitchen was lovely, but didn't really use it, being walking distance to so many cute restaurants. Would definitely return!

Enjoyed my stay very much! Living area is nicely furnished and comfortable. Fireplace with remote is amazing and so easy to use. Nice big screen TV’s in living area and both bedrooms. Very comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. Kitchen is modern and very well equipped. Beautiful walk by the river just behind the condo. Short, beautiful drive from airport and to Vail village. Travis, the owner is wonderful and very easy to correspond with. Hated to leave and definitely hope to stay here again!

Perfect during these tough times!

During these tough times, a friend and I decided to meet halfway so we could have a quiet and safe girl's getaway. The condo was just perfect. It was clean, modern , had awesome amenities, great snacks and the host was always available if we had a question. Location is perfect with a path right behind the building. Neither of us were anxious to be in large crowds making Edwards the perfect place to escape. We were able to keep our distance from one another as we sat on our own comfortable couches and had our own bathroom and bedroom. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.
