The Apartment is brand new building located in Area Zama, in a premium luxury community in Tulum, amidst restaurants and shops. about 10-15 minutes bike ride to the centre of Tulum and wonderful Tulum beach. Beautiful environment and walking path.
Aldea Zama it is a very nice neighborhood, you can find all kinds of restaurants, areas for jogging or places to practice yoga and a supermarket.
Neighbors like to ride their bikes or walk their dogs.
Aldea Zama is in constant development, it is possible that there will be construction noise at some point.
The cleaning service is not included, if you want to request it let me know in advance, each service has a charge of $ 35 USD.
The electricity payment will be covered by the tenant if you book 27 days or more.
