Le logement est idéalement placé dans la petite mais très agréable ville de Fougères. Tout est très propre et l'électroménager marche très bien. En revanche, le radiateur du bas dans l'entrée a un thermostat cassé donc ne fonctionne pas. De plus l'appartement sent très fort l'humidité en raison probablement des sièges au motif médiéval dont le tissus a absorbé cette odeur très désagréable.C'est mieux à l'étage, en aérant beaucoup. Mais cela nous a un peu gâché notre séjour. D'autre part, les sièges prévus pour regarder la télé sont d'un confort tout moyen ageux.... Sans remettre en question la déco, un minimum de confort serait le bienvenu. Cela étant dit, tout le reste est très agréable, notamment la literie.

Très facile à trouver. Nous n'avons pas eu le moindre problème pour le stationnement (basse saison tout de même).Le logement est bien situé près du château et a un vrai cachet. Typique des constructions anciennes, c'est un peu à l'étroit à l'intérieur, mais cest bien équipé et ideal pour un couple.
