Midtown, a neighbourhood in Atlanta, is home to this holiday home. Atlantic Station and Ponce City Market are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Centennial Olympic Park and Piedmont Park. Check out an event or a game at Georgia World Congress Center, and consider making time for Zoo Atlanta, a top attraction not to be missed.
Backyard look nothing like the picture. Does not sleep 8 different adults. Maybe if only considering couples then you can make it happen. 2 queen beds and a bunk bed with 2 couches. Location and area is fantastic but the actual house landscaping was not maintained and very old interior with some door handles barely operable.
We had a fabulous time at The Audrey! The location is perfect. The house is easy to find and within walking distance of quite a few good restaurants and Atlantic Station. There was a free bus that took us into Midtown. The house itself was lovely and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and warm! My husband and daughter loved the arcade games. Thank You!
Overall a great stay. Very clean, great location. My son’s and their wives are young adults and they loved the location. Great spot for dining and shopping.
The house was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was easy. We stayed just a couple of nights to explore downtown ATL, which was about a 10min drive. Atlantic Station is a very short drive away for restaurants and shopping. It has a private driveway, so we didn't have to worry about street parking (which would not have been difficult). It is a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic.
We really enjoyed staying here. Perfect size for the two of us and our two dogs. Conveniently located for where we needed to be. The only compliant we had was due to the 4th of July. Nothing specific to this place itself, but there were huge fireworks going off until about 2am, and a ton of noise in the road due to a party going on until about 3am. Other than that, no compliants.
Easy to get to and very close to downtown Atlanta. Area felt very safe. Good stay for a few days with family. There are no chests for clothes so be prepared.
Came in town for The Ohio State National Championship run. House was perfect, great host, great location, exactly as described. Easy breezy, from check-in to check-out. Next time we’re back in Atlanta would definitely stay at the same place again. Great neighborhood was able to walk to the train. Restaurants within walking distance also.
We had a great time. The house was perfect for what we needed it for it is not spacious, but there are enough rooms for a family. The backyard was great because we had our dog and it was fenced in very convenient neighborhood. I felt safe being there very close to Georgia Tech Very close to the activities that we did.
We had a great stay for the weekend at this location - the pictures were exactly what it was like. The game machine turned out to be a big hit and good entertainment. Backyard space was very spacious, little too hot to spend too long out there but enjoyed it anyway. Super close to midtown Atlanta places, and had everything we needed for a quick weekend trip.
One of our family goals is to visit all the MLB baseball stadiums. The house was perfect for a short weekend get away to Atlanta and Truist Park. The location was perfect, and the back porch was a great spot to relax in the evening. The house was super clean. I would recommend to anyone. Atalanta has a very cool vibe

I wanted to love this property-the reviews were fantastic and the location was great. However, our stay was riddled with issues and a lack of responsiveness from the property manager, which distracted from what otherwise would have been a fantastic stayThe good:-location -clean and comfortable bedding-entertainment (TV and game console worked great)The bad:-housekeeping had not replaced/filled the hand soap or kitchen sponge. Our host sent us a new soap but the response time was 12h and we had already bought one-hot water runs out quickly. There were 4 adults and 2 kids when we stayed; only 1-2 people could shower before the water got cold.-communication: no response from the homeowner at the number listed. The unit is managed by a property management company took many hours to get back to us, and even then, would minimize our complaints and completely ignore and/or dismiss some of our questions/concernsThe ugly:-plumbing was slow. When we arrived we had to plunge the toilet and the sink kept backing up. Asked the property management to help and they offered us a partial refund for the last day of our stay on the condition that we leave in 90min. Not really feasible given we had nowhere else to stay -back patio looked like it hadn’t been swept in weeks, and one of our kids (toddler) almost fell through a screen that was broken and had not been replaced. Also let management know about this with no response
