Enjoy your time on the beautiful island of Roatan in our 1 Bedroom Casita with Full Kitchen and Private Pool with Baja Ledge. Centrally located in Parrot Tree Plantation with beautiful views of First Bight and the Setting Sun.

Our home is well equipped for your stay.

- Large Bedroom with King Size Bed with Dual Closets and 6 Drw Dresser and 43" Roku/ Cable TV
- 3 USB Charging Plugs on each side of bed
- Bathroom w/ large 6' X 4' shower with dual vanities and plenty of storage
- Queen size Murphy Bed for kids or friends
- Fully equipped Kitchen w/full size appliances with Gas Stove/ Oven & Dishwasher
- Large island with 4 Stools
- Couch, Chairs & 43" Roku/ Cable TV with US & Latin Channels
- Large outdoor living area w/ seating and lounge chairs

- Outdoor Table with Chairs and Umbrella
- 4 Stage Water Filtration with Carbon Filter and UV Sanitizer

Located in the Gated Community of Parrot Tree with 24hr Security. About 25 minutes from airport with several restaurants and grocery store 12 minutes or less away.
