All Snowbirds are welcomed, one of the persons renting must be 50 years or older. Fountain of the Sun, 55+ community with a gated and guarded 24 hour access, must enter at Broadway and Southern. Sorry very strict about no pets. Golf course is open to the public. Your own laundry room is off the back patio.

Why they chose this property
we loved the location. Everyone is very friendly and it is a very active senior community From Shuffleboard to golf this place has it all. Pickleball is the latest craze and FOTS has courts. We love this community so much, this is why he have two other properties here . Be sure to look them up #693049
