It was designed by Jean Pierre Lott, a renowned architect known for the Villa Troglodyte in Monaco. It blends into the Mediterranean scrub to remain environmentally sensitive. Its architecture is modern, minimalist, and chic, with a design entirely focused on quality of life and spaciousness.

The villa stands out for its unique features:
- a sweeping view of the mountains from every room in the villa
- an architectural layout centred around a large living area that opens completely onto the wooden terrace and its heated, secure seawater pool

From the entry hall, you’ll enter a spacious living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the dining room. A pantry and laundry room are adjacent to the kitchen.

It is located just 10 minutes from Porto-Vecchio, 10 minutes from Figari, and 20 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia. Shops are a 5-minute drive away.
