First of all, the location cannot be beat, especially for a family. The property has a nice pool with hot tubs and locker rooms. It is almost directly next to a really nice, large playground. And it's a short walk to the beach/swimming around at the lake. The house itself is quite nice and large. It has a wood burning fireplace which made the downstairs smell strongly of wood smoke. I'm really sensitive to smoke, so this made the downstairs hard for me to use. The upstairs did not have a smoke smell. The beds were comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. Each room had 1-2 fans and there was a selection of nice baby items (stool, potty insert, etc.). However, there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. There were also no washcloths. Some of the trash cans had bags and some didn't (which matters when you are the one taking out the trash). Overall, I would stay here again--the location is great, the condo is big and clean. I am ranking 4/5 stars just because of the smoke smell and the lack of hand soap.

My family and I had an excellent time staying here this past weekend! We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and lake that were all close by. My youngest really had fun at the playground and the check-in process was quite smooth and easy. Went rafting in glenwood springs which was an awesome experience and overall really enjoyed the whole trip and the property. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

We had a great time staying at the townhouse. The townhouse was clean and kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. The private shuttle was great and we were up at the Beaver Creak resort everyday within 10 minutes of leaving the front door. Highly recommended!

Great stay here!

We stayed for a quick overnight work trip. The condo is huge, which gave everyone a lot of privacy. There are a lot of stairs leading up to the condo - something to keep in mind for anyone who can’t do stairs or has a lot of luggage. All in all, we would definitely recommend this place!

Great Location- Comfortable Condo-

Easy way to ski Beaver Creek. The condo is clean- and roomy. Kids enjoyed the puzzles, games and in room TVs with Netflix. We used the washer/dryer as well which was super convenient. The shuttle stopped right outside our door- could not have been any easier to get to the lift. The driver helped my kids on the bus and carried their gear- too kind. Couple of things that can be improved. 1- walls are thin- you can hear everything going on next door. 2- staircase up to the unit is dark- could use a light or a new bulb to see and be sure you don’t slip on snow. 3- Hottub/ Pool/ Sauna area is dated and a bit gross and super crowded.

Great spot

Very comfortable for a group of 7. We loved that each room had an attached bathroom, which made getting ready for the wedding we attended seamless with a large group! Nadine was very responsive to questions and accommodated all our needs. Location was perfect for getting to Vail easily. Thank you!

Beaver Creek Ski Trip

Great location for skiing Beaver Creek and Vail. Condo has a great layout. Properties had good amenities, including private ski shuttle to and from the Riverfront Gondola.

We live a short distance from Avon. Our daughter had 2 soccer games so we were able to meet up with her uncle and 2 cousins, from out of town, to celebrate her birthday. We wish we could have stayed an extra night. Thank you!

We are a family of five - twin 5 year old girls and a baby boy who love to travel and enjoy the outdoors!

As avid skiers, hikers and campers we fell in love with Vail Valley years ago. As we started our family we realized Avon was the perfect place for family adventures. We love the quick access to Beaver Creek and Vail for world class skiing, the lake right in front of our condo for paddle boarding, hiking nearby and restaurants/cafes walking distance for the family! We've ensured our condo is stocked with family friendly items to make traveling for families as easy as possible!

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love Vail Valley year round! In the winter we love to ski both Beaver Creek and Vail and in the summer we enjoy hiking, mountain biking and paddle boarding on the lake across from our property. Our mountain condo gives us easy access to all of these outdoor activities.
