Located in the heart of Cluny, a few minutes walk from the city centre, this family house has a large garden of 1500m2. A small corner of the countryside in the city, a real haven of peace. Ideal for relaxing stays between nature and city.

With a total surface area of 450m2, the house is organised on 2 floors.

On the ground floor:

On the 1st floor:
-6 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and 3 with 2 single beds
-2 bathrooms, one with toilet

- A relaxation room with billiards, table football and a reading area
-A bar overlooking the relaxation room

At the top of the tower:
-A bedroom with a double bed


The house offers 16 beds in total, as well as the possibility of using 2 baby cots.

The facilities available to travellers are as follows: Wifi, washing machine, dryer, steam generator (very powerful iron), hairdryer, TV with GoogleCast, DVD player, board games, billiards, table football, badminton, croquet, table tennis, petanque court, 5 adult bicycles, a children's bike, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, American gas barbecue, raclette machine, waffle machine, fryer.

The following are provided: household linen (towels, sheets), hygiene products (soap, shampoo, shower gel), seasoning products (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc.).

Travellers also have access to the magnificent enclosed garden of the house, planted with fruit trees, with a surface area of 1500m2. It is surrounded by a period wall dating from the seventeenth century 3m high.

Access to the house is via the garden as well as the garage which opens directly onto it.

The house has a garage with the possibility of parking 2 cars. Free public parking is available nearby (50 metres).

The house is modern, very quiet, built in the 2000s, well insulated, equipped with electric shutters and an armored door.

Traveller access
Access to the entire accommodation.

The rate is 65€ per night and per person with a minimum of 2 nights and 8 people per night.

Additional information:

- Maud is the contact person near the house, she manages the arrival and departure of the tenants and answers questions about the stay

oCleaning fee included following the departure of the travellers
- On the day of departure, please remove the sheets from the beds and leave them in the room.
- The bins should be deposited in the appropriate bins in the garage.
- The "glass" bins are to be deposited in the adapted bins (5 minutes from the house at the Carrefour Market)

It is possible to leave later around 3-4pm: additional cleaning fee of 50€ (corresponding to cleaning hours done after 8pm). Amount to be given to Viviane at check-out.
