Host was kind, prompt to respond, and thorough. The house was perfect for a family weekend away and a great location for heading over to ride the trails at Wolf Pen Gap!
Property was well maintained with easy access in and out.Very close to are was in the mountains we needed to get to as well. Host was very easy to communicate with as well.
Four adults stayed here for 5 nights. It was the perfect jumping-off point for activities in the Ouachita National Forest and for being near the line of eclipse totality.
We were able to use the grill, cook some good breakfast and unwind with some college football and everyone got a bed! Great place and very helpful communication!
The property is very peaceful, away from the city life and noise but also close enough you can drive if you need anything. The house itself it very roomy and perfect for small or bigger groups. Jennifer was also very helpful and kind.
Easy check in, spacious property, plenty of trailer parking. The only con I can say is one bathroom if you have a lot of people but we made it work and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
Close proximity and access to the Wolfpen Gap Trails. So if you're going to Mena, AR to ride the trails, dirt bike, ATV or UTV, this place may be perfect for you. It has two bedrooms and a large loft with lots of sleeping. It was perfect for our gathering.
Jennifer was a very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay. Close to Little Missouri Falls and Albert’s Peak. Jennifer provided very helpful hiking info in advance which was very considerate.
King bed is very comfortable. Good Roku set-up and big fridge. The A/C’s worked great too with unseasonably early hot weather throughout the South ~ Jennifer actually had all units on awaiting our check-in!
This home was cozy and just what we needed for the week. Outside fires and a grill made hot dogs and burgers a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!
We went on this trip to see some fall foliage and it was nice. My absolute favorite thing about property is that I could show the kids the stars. There was no light pollution and we could see trillions of stars, clusters and satellites passing by. It was gorgeous. The kids loved having the top floor to themselves.
Property was very adequate. Additional lighting such as table lamps would be helpful. The home was easy to find in the daylight but very difficult at night. An outside light or distinctive reflectors (with discription to attendees prior to stay) outside of the house would be helpful in locating the property at night. Description of stairway with the narrow depth of the steps would be helpful for older attendees. A light switch for the upstairs area at the bottom of the stairs would be helpful. Prior notification of what is needed to lock the electronic lock would be helpful. Thanks,
Sherrie K.

Thank you for the insight. We are always looking for ways to improve our property and will definitely take your suggestions as a way for us to do so!
Great communication and great little house that had plenty of parking and easy access to the trails not too far down the road. House had everything we needed and we loved the outdoors space. Will be back in the future.
The property manager was very nice and communicated well with me through email. There was plenty of space for our group of 10 (all who were couples). Definitely will go back if I’m through that area again.
This house is perfect for what we wanted. We needed to sleep 4 teenagers not all in the same bedroom. We rented ATV from Wolfpin rental for one day. It was great! Smores around the fire that night. Hiked at Queen Willimena the next day. We added on an extra night. Owners were very easy to reach and work with. Nothing fancy, but just what we needed. Time away!!!

About the host

Hi! We are Clay & Jenn. This house was originally my great-grandmas house that she also ran the infamous "June's Café" out of. People used to drive from all over to come eat at her little dine-in café. Once she had passed away the house became vacant but we decided to buy the house and remodel it as our first home when we got married. We now have 5 kids so we outgrew it and decided it was time for our next step in life. Thankfully we were able to keep the property and turn it into a cozy get away for all of you!
