Large new house in a development located in the town of Erdeven, 3km from the beach of Kerhilio, 1.7km from a supermarket, 400m from the shopping center and 10km from Carnac.

- Open and fully equipped kitchen: filter and Senseo coffee makers, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, storage. Attached storeroom with fridge/freezer.
- Bedroom 1 ground floor: 1 bed 140cm, large closet, TV, TV cabinet. En-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, washbasin 1 basin, storage and towel dryer. Separate toilet with washbasin.
- Garage: washing machine and dryer
Floor:
- Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90cm, night tables, storage
- Bedroom 3: 1 bed 160cm, night tables, storage
- Bathroom: double sink, storage, walk-in shower, towel dryer. Separate toilet.

Maison fonctionnelle et bien située pour des vacances en famille. Il manque quelques équipements (notamment ustensiles de cuisine) mais nous avons apprécié les vélos mis à disposition ! Nous avons eu des problèmes de clés et serrures, réglés par l’agence.

"Grosser Garten mit schöner Wiese. Sehr ruhige Lage, trotzdem in Fuss nähe von Erdeven Zentrum mit schöner Creperie, Restaurant, Markt. 5 min mit dem Auto zu einem der schönsten Strände der Umgebung. Mit dem Fahrrad 10 min, zu Fuss circa 35 min. Haus und Einrichtung sehr neu, super Ausstattung. Gross genug für 6 Personen. Theroretisch noch 2 Schlafplätze mehr zur Verfügung."
