Au petit bonheur" mountain gite

In the heart of the village of Mur de Barrez in the north of Aveyron, between the Aubrac and the Cantal mountains, very nice cottage completely redone in a very quiet and sunny street. On the ground floor, living room with sofa bed and TV, dining room with open kitchen
In the style of the 50s, cellar with washing machine and separate toilet.
The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, one with TV and sofa, small relaxation area between family or friends, bathroom and toilet.
Bed linen is provided. All beds will be made upon arrival.
A cot for baby, a high chair, a changing table.
Any failure to do so will be deducted from the deposit.
Deposit of 200 euros required.
Cleaning option: 20 euros.
Capacity of the cottage: 5 people.
Minimum stay 3 nights.
The price is: 70 euros per night for 5 people.
Arrival at the venue at: 3 p.m.
Vacate the premises at 11 a.m.
In the village you will find bakeries, Carrefour City, butcher's shop, medical centre, bars, souvenir shops, banks with ATMs.
Nice local market every Thursday morning.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Decouverte

Maison de village typique avec une décoration et un équipement chaleureux. Propriétaire qui font pour qu on se sente comme chez soi. Nombreux commerces avec une ambiance conviviale et le jeudi marché très agréable. Nous avons apprécié le charme du logement,l authenticité des lieux et des paysages magnifiques avec de nombreuses activités possibles.

Calme absolu

L’appartement est conforme à la description. L’équipement est suffisant pour les personnes qui, comme moi, aiment pouvoir cuisiner. La localisation permet d’aller facilement faire les course à pied. La communication avec les propriétaires c’est très bien passée.
