I am a professional Host and this is one of my best properties located near Downtown Newnan. It is a wonderful home for a traveling doctor or nurse as it is close to Piedmont and CTCA. I am a host of 10 homes in the Newnan area. I have 25 years of hospitality experience and enjoy traveling, meeting new people and providing the ultimate Southern Hospitality experience to my guests.

This property feels like home away from home with all the usual amenities. It is located on a quiet street, but close to everything.
What makes this property unique
This home can be rented as a 3 bedroom 2 bath or you can also rent the basement apartment and enjoy the entire home and 5 bedrooms/3 baths. The apartment has a kitchenette as well.
