Enjoy the Maine coastline without the crowds. Located in Saco Bay this beachfront two bedroom cottage features an outdoor area and path to seven miles of quiet sandy Maine coastline. Explore tidal pools, paddle through the marsh, hunt for crabs in the rocks at low tide or fish off the jetty. Miles of bike paths along coastal route 9 or the Eastern Bike Trail. Located twenty minutes south of Portland airport and the historic Old Port and 20 minutes north of Kennebunkport.

Perfect Getaway

This was our 2nd stay at the Carriage House and it was another wonderful week. The new patio is a wonderful addition and the location to the beach cannot be beat. Close to bike paths, golf, and restaurants. The host and little dog are a bonus!

Everything about this place was comfortable... The location, the beds, the short walk to the beach, the amenities, and the host was next door and a pleasure to talk with. Biking distance to OOB and Camp Ellis. If you're looking for a low key rental almost on the beach, this place is for you.

Fantastic Cottage

I've stayed at this property before. Just a couple of steps from the beach. It's the best! The kitchen was fully furnished with all the necessaries needed. Loved the new patio, with table and grill. Beds are comfortable. It's clean and secure. Would highly recommend.

Kinney Shore Maine Carriage House

Great location. If you like to walk 1mile to Camp Ellis ,1 mile to Ocean Park, 2.5 miles to OOB. Low tide is always fun such as looking for shells or body surfing etc. Very entertaining beach always something to watch people, dogs, sailboats, fishing, para sailing, jet skiing, sitting and relaxing with a good book. Fun for all

Fun in the sun

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our time at the Carriage House. It was well kept and clean. The private access to the beach was a huge plus. Our kids had so much fun and will certainly miss seeing Joan and her little pup Maisie! We hope to stay again 😊

As always the accommodations are perfect for my needs! Most often I am alone, (happily) but occasionally my family or friends join me for some of my stay. This year a friend flew in for a few days after my arrival. The wifi addition was superb, reliable and nice for evening viewing when needed. Thank you again until next year!!!
