A convenient on-level layout, this resort retreat is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and bedroom, with a private half bathroom of its own. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 2 TVs (1 flat-screen TV), DVD, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features hardwood floors throughout, with area rugs. This resort getaway features a horizon view.

THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
There will be construction in a neighboring building from September 11, 2023 - mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Beautiful Property

Quint little beach home perfect for a weekend getaway with a small family. We rented a unit that sleeps four and it was very accommodatable. Being on the lower floor allowed us walk out beach access and a beautiful overview of the ocean. The unit had everything that was needed for a stay without much need from guest services. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone interested.

The unit was very dirty. Shower curtain was all moldy at base and tub had to be wiped out. sheets or pillow cases to make sofa-bed, mattress on sofa was stained. House keeping not available in evening when getting ready for bed. Location was good and amenities nice.

Great trip

We enjoyed all the amenities the property offered. It was perfect for myself, husband and 16 month old. First floor was great for easy access to pool and beach. Kitchen and laundry were key for having a little one. Definitely will book again when we come back!

Great, relaxing time

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation, a peaceful relaxing get away. The Vacasa staff was super helpful, went above and beyond, making the process easy. We will definitely come again.

Great place for families

Loved sea colony. Family room is bigger than the pictures made it seem. First floor was great because our baby could nap inside while we relaxed outside on the chairs in the sun. Pool and beach conveniently located. A quick 15-20 min walk to the main boardwalk area. Kitchen well equipped. 4 stars because while the place was clean, we did find clothing from the last guests under the bed and in the nightstand drawer. We would still recommend this place though.
