This newly built cabin features a very deep two car garage and an open floor plan. With a huge parking area on a flat lot, you`ll have ample parking in the circular driveway for trailers. You`ll be not far from Tamarack, Donnelly and Cascade Lake, with year-round accessibility.

Guests are allowed to access the entire cottage, minus a locked owner`s closet.
This cottage is accessible year round and is located on a large, level lot, about 3 miles from the town of Donnelly and on your way to Tamarack Resort. Roads leading to the driveway are paved and snow removal service is provided all winter.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were inside and/or outside the house at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed in or on the property. Any evidence found will incur an automatic $500 charge, plus additional monies for damages.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage found at departure will incur additional charges.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Hot Tub: Please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill` if the hot tub is left excessively dirty and unable to be cleaned by a routine hot tub servicing after your departure.
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!

Wonderful accommodations and amenities. Visited McCall/Donnelly during the winter to ski Brundage and Tamarack and got a ton of snow while we were there. The heated garage was a lifesaver. The cabin was well stocked with necessities and is only 10 minutes to Tamarack Ski Resort, which was awesome. Very convenient to downtown Donnelly and The Roost, and a short drive to McCall. Would stay there again.
We enjoyed this place and our stay! It was quiet, close enough to McCall and had everything we needed. The bed upstairs could use an upgrade, but other than that no complaints.
It was exactly what we needed for a short girls getaway. Had all the essentials and was close enough to town but far enough to enjoy the quite sunrise from the hot tub. Would visit again.
We absolutely loved this home for our girls' trip. It was warm and clean upon our arrival, and the management company was responsive to our question about the hot tub (which was amazing!). The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was so nice--close enough to Tamarack and McCall that we could visit them and still plenty of time for all the rest of our plans. Will definitely be using this home again.

We loved this place. Attached 4 car garage if needed. Full kitchen and laundry. Great fireplace. Worked so well we turned off the heat. Having a hot tub was fantastic. At night turn ALL light's off in the house to view the sky. Worth it. Be sure to check settings first thing to get temperature where you want it. Nothing worse then tepid water. In winter bring separate shoes for hot tub as well, it's icy out there
