Loved the place exactly what we were looking for when coming to Indy. Only suggestion I would add is a TV in bedroom and a couple of fans in the rooms. Other than that is was great!

The location is really convenient. The things that mattered were clean. The aesthetic was nice. Cooking at the home was easy. The upstairs beds were really comfortable. The host was responsive and accommodating.The floors and walls were dirty and the place needed a good dusting. There was heavy rain while we were there and had water dripping from the attic and into one bedroom through the window. The stair rail didn’t feel very secure. The twin beds weren’t comfortable and the pillows were really flat- good for kids but not adults.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days out. The host truly thought of everything — even providing extras like toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Those thoughtful touches made us feel very welcome and at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Cute home with lots of character! The layout was great with lounge area downstairs and lovely bright and comfortable bedrooms upstairs. We loved our stay. Will surely miss sipping coffee on the porch. The owner was also easy to reach which is great. Surely recommend the home.

Convenient location between broad ripple and downtown. Area is going through urban renewal and appeared to be up and coming. House is good and perfect for three to five people or a family. Gather 22 was an excellent restaurant for brunch and was only .5 miles from house. Overall, good house and experience. Host is very responsive
