Summer family lake vacation

My extended family and I had a great time at this property! The houses are beautiful, clean, and accommodating. Close proximity to downtown traverse city, old mission peninsula, and much more! Would definitely recommend for a family vacation destination!

Amazing and accommodating Lake house getaway.

Great for big parties. Beautiful location with many amenities! Relatively close to Traverse City. Well thought out indoor and outdoor layout, including hot tub, dock, and outdoor living space. Easy communication with host. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Amazing weekend away

This resort was amazing. Everything was sparkling clean and ready for us when we arrived. They offered food concierge and would check in via text every morning to make sure everything was running smoothly. This place has comfortable beds, a large kitchen, beautiful views, and a hot tub. Perfect for adults getting together with friends and family!

The perfect place for a large group.

The houses are new and very nice. The layout was perfect for entertaining a large group and, even though we were split up into separate houses, the other members of our group didn't seem too far away. There are not a lot of places that can accommodate such a large group and this did it comfortably. The hot tube is a great feature that we took full advantage of. It was perfect for the cold and snowy weather. I also got to chat with the maintenance guy a bit who was very nice, eager to help when we had questions, and spoke very highly of the owners. Even though we probably wouldn't swing the cost for summer rates, it was a perfect winter getaway for the price. We hope to rent here again in the future.

The houses are beautiful

We had a few families together for New Years. We skied, sledded played games, hot tubbed and had a few great meals in Traverse City and in the kitchen of the green house. The house had everything we needed, and the hot tub was awesome. Would love to come back in the summer. Great place!! tons of room and the hosts were very responsive

Fabulous Family Reunion Venue

Everything about this property is top notch: cleanliness, location, decor, and amenities. My family was so impressed they didn't want to leave. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions and all staff was so friendly. I have rented dozens of properties on VRBO and these were the highest quality of all homes I've experienced.

Couples weekend

We were a party of 12 and really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and serene! We enjoyed the hot tub. Our only issues were with the grill - heat distribution was not great for a semi new, built-in grill. It should also be cleaned between rentals for the rental fee. The hot tub lights were not working. The resort was quick to clean away bugs in the am and answer all questions. Check in was seamless. Directions on use for temperature control for house vs sunroom, hot tub temperature control and smart features, music, etc. would be helpful in addition to the WIFI/check in/out info.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Simply amazing. We had a bachelor/bachelorette party here and it was just the most perfect set up. Easy texting with management for any questions you have during your stay. Thank you for having us! We will 100% be back.
