Such a great space! Stayed for a long weekend while taking a college tour for our daughter. The apartment is so fun. The neighborhood has a great vibe and is close to downtown. Right across from a beautiful park with a pond. On the other side of the park is Flatbread and Butter, a super cool little coffee shop with excellent coffee and pastries. 100% recommend and will definitely stay again!
Very cute, clean, cozy and comfortable. Hosts were super responsive and the location was awesome for the festival we attended in St. Pete. Would love to stay here again!

Wonderful, quiet property located within walking distance of Tropicana Field, lots of restaurants and shops, as well as the St. Pete peer area. The hosts were very helpful. The property was very clean, and they'd obviously put a lot of thought into the decor. We'd definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay, the property was well decorated and clean. We loved having parking, the adorable park nearby, and walking distance to so many things. Thanks for hosting us!
My husband and I stayed just 2 nights in between visits with friends throughout FL. The apartment is fantastic! Just the right size, full of fun quirky art and Dali prints. Its location is great - walked to dinner, a grocery and loved the pond across the street for birding! Wished we could have stayed longer!
This was the perfect apartment for our group of 4! We were in town to run the St. Petersburg Distance Classic Half Marathon and we would stay here again if we come back to the area. About a 20 minute walk to the water, pier, dining, shopping area and there are also bikes and scooters readily available close by! The host was super responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood is also quiet.
nice place for a short stay. heck, even a bit longer.
3 AC units. 3 TVs. Very quiet neighborhood. several places to eat or have coffee nearby. would stay again.
The property was very much as advertised, and well apportioned. No hiccups and speedy response time.
Some chuckles for the creativity of the design and layout.
The one thing I will note is the blue circle in the map is not centered over the actual property location i.e. you are farther from St Pete central than it appears.
This space was just right for what my best friend and I needed. We each had our own room so could rest at night, and the right size kitchen and living room for relaxing, snacking and playing games.
The fridge in the kitchen is adorable and we had everything we needed in that space.
The bedrooms each had their own AC, which I appreciate, closet space, a luggage holder, and tv. There were plenty of pillows, but if you’re like me and prefer over fluffy pillows just bring your own.
Enjoyed having breakfast outside one morning, followed by a stroll around the pond across the street.
We absolutely recommend The Bier Boutique on the other side of the pond. Everything was SO good!!!
We recommend staying here and will probably be back in two years.
Great location and helpful hosts. Very small apartment
As the title says, the location and hosts were great. Kids really enjoyed the park right outside. Parking was relatively easy. However the place is tiny. The rooms are almost the exact width of the bed, leaving you to carefully step around or slide down to the bottom of the bed to get out. There are no dressers in the rooms; so there is nowhere to put your clothes. No oven. No toaster oven. No dishwasher. No laundry facilities even though they are also renting out the main house. The kitchen consists of a cooktop a small fridge and a toaster (not a toaster oven) so it is impossible to make more than eggs and sandwiches and pasta. That’s ok if you are going out every night, but not if you planned to cook there. There are no extra linens, pillows or comforters available. They only give you one very thin comforter to use. There is no broom to pick up crumbs. They have a dustpan. So if you have kids you may want to bring one with you.
The biggest issue is the AC units. They are wonderfully cold, however they have a very bright blue light that doesn’t turn off. This makes it difficult to sleep. If you wake up at 3 am it feels like dawn on your room.
The place is in a wonderful location and it is affordable but we will not be renting it again.
Loved the colorful decor, the proximity to the bay and downtown, and the quiet neighbor. The rooms are small but worked great for me and my husband. We used both bedrooms, just like at home. The bed frame in one room is metal and very squeaky. The bed made a loud squeak with every move you made. I slept well in the other bed. The bathroom sink is very tiny; it was impossible to shave or wash your face without spilling water onto the floor. The kitchen supplies were good, but only 2 forks; we didn't bother to ask for more forks though because there were only two of us. There is an induction stove top (no oven) with a user guide in the cabinet below. I accidentally pressed the button that locked the stove controls and could not easily figure out how unlock it. The user guide does not quite match the version of the stove top in the apartment, so the instructions to unlock in the guide did not work. I sent the owners a message via the Vrbo app and someone responded quickly but said someone else would contact me with help. We figured out how to unlock the stove shortly after that though. Not all metal pots work on induction stoves, so use the pots provided in the cabinet under the stove. (I brought a small pot for my cereal and tried to use it. It took a little while to figure out why the stove would not work with that pot. Never used an induction stove before) We had no other issues with the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
This property was an in a great location but fell short in every other arena. I have never written a negative review on any extended stay platform and travel frequently. This property was extremely dirty. The bed sheets in one of the rooms were filthy and appeared to have mold on them. The blinds in the other room were broken, the beds were unstable and squeaked when you barely moved. The walls and doors were dirty and in need of a fresh coat of paint. Clearly we don’t expect to be in a hotel when we chose to stay here but the same level of cleanliness we find in our own home would have been expected. It appeared as though someone was living there and didn’t bother cleaning up. We ended up having to check out early due to the filth and lack of response from the host. We sent the host photos and heard nothing back other than an acknowledgement that they were received and we should have voiced our concern on day 1. The reason I chose not to do that was because we could not afford to go to another location for three nights and I didn’t want to turn our family vacation into a back-and-forth argument the entire stay. All in all I was and extremely disappointed with the stay and there was no resolution.
Cute place. Location was perfect. We didn't drive all weekend. Everything was in walking distance. Many great restaurants, coffee places near by. Enjoyed the Saturday Market, The Pier and the Halloween Festival on Central Ave. Highly recommend the Imagine Museum!

Why they chose this property
We chose the Uptown neighborhood because it offers the best balance of charm, walkability, and proximity to everything that makes St. Petersburg special. Uptown is one of the city’s most established historic neighborhoods, known for its tree-lined streets, beautiful homes, and relaxed residential feel. From the house, guests can walk to parks, coffee shops, and neighborhood dining, while still being just minutes from downtown, the waterfront, Central Avenue, and the city’s museums and cultural attractions. It feels peaceful and local, yet never isolated. Uptown is especially well suited for families and groups because it is quiet, welcoming, and easy to navigate, making it a comfortable home base whether you are visiting for a few days or staying longer.
What makes this property unique
What makes this property truly unique is the combination of scale, flexibility, and location. It offers something rarely found in the Uptown neighborhood: multiple self-contained living spaces on one property, reserved entirely for a single group. The layout allows guests to stay together while still enjoying private kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms, making it ideal for families, multi-generational travel, group trips, and hosted stays. This flexibility sets the property apart from standard single-home rentals. In addition to its size and layout, the property features outdoor spaces that are uncommon for a walkable historic neighborhood, including a welcoming front porch and a large garden deck. These spaces allow guests to relax and gather outdoors while remaining close to the home. Its Uptown location adds to its uniqueness. The property sits next to a neighborhood park with walking paths, a scenic pond, and a landmark banyan tree, creating a sense of openness and connection to green space that is rare so close to downtown. Together, the multi-unit layout, outdoor gathering spaces, and central yet residential location make this property a one-of-a-kind option for group stays in St. Petersburg
