Weekend get away

Stay was great. We were close enough to Blue Ridge but far enough we felt we were all alone. Highly recommend for a couple get away or a family trip as well.

Clean cabin, spectacular view!

The cabin is absolutely gorgeous, nicely updated, kitchen is well stocked, couches are clean, beds are comfortable, I'm picky about bathrooms, and these are excellent. We've stayed at many cabins in the area, and this is the best view! The road is very quiet. Loved staying here. We will definitely be back. Everything felt clean and cared for.

Blue ridge

The owners or company that rents this location needs to make clear that the house is on a hill which makes it hard to get to it. The steps inside the house are hilly and steps short. The outside was a little dirty

Great stay but a few need to knows:

Ultimately the house was great: views, cleanliness, etc. but one thing that made the stay difficult is the drive way. It is very steep and gravel. We could not take our car up the driveway. Literally would need a truck with four wheel drive. Also, make sure to bring trash bags, cleaning supplies.

Amazing View

The view is truly amazing! It was so relaxing to sit on the porch each morning and enjoy the view. We saw deer around the cabin every morning and one afternoon we saw a bear as we drove back to the cabin, it was inside the gate but not near the cabin. The cabin is really nice and cozy. It was the perfect size for us and another family - we both have all girls so we put them all in the bunk room. If you are not used to mountain roads - we are from Florida - I recommend getting there before dark as the driveway is steep. When we arrived our code wasn’t working for the door but both the owner and property manager were very responsive and made sure we got in. I’d stay here again!

Great Escape

We rented this house for a long weekend and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing retreat with amazing views. The only thing I would caution is the road into the property is not fully paved and has a very steep grade, so 4X4 could be needed depending on the season.
