Everything regarding the description and pictures are true and accurate. The property is very clean and a high specification and fully equipped. Its a perfect base for exploring France and Belgium Ardennes. We would have no hesitation in returning again.

Great holiday house

A great stay here for us. We are 4 motorcyclists so have fairly specific requirements and this house fit the bill. Secure electric gates and a spacious drive to park the bikes (not under cover). House is spacious with good size rooms and is well equipped. Patio area is great for BBQs. Sedan is a 5 minute walk and has plenty of bars.

Great base

This was an excellent base for our stay in France, which also allowed us to see both Luxembourg and Belgium. The property is spacious, clean and modern and our family felt very much at home here. Rebecca was always very prompt in returning our messages and left us a beautiful welcoming gift. The weather was particularly hot and we did have to buy a couple of fans for the rooms but this was a minor issue. Would happily recommend this house for any family staying in the area.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle villa. La villa est bien grande, la terrasse est très agréable. Elle est très bien équipée, il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut (chaise bébé, appareil à raclette, machines a laver,…). Il y a 5 belles chambres. Nous avons juste regretté de ne pas avoir eu des infos sur la région et sur le tris des déchets.

Quelle maison merveilleuse ! Nous avons passé un séjour extra ! La maison est vraiment parfaite, propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, il ne manque rien. Nous étions 10 amis et nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise dans cette belle demeure... comme à la maison. Schönes, modernes Ferienhaus mit 4 vollwertigen Schlafzimmern und einem Raum mit Klappbett neben dem Wohnzimmer. Alles war sauber und die Küche ist großzügig mit Geschirr und Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Die obere Etage ist etwas hellhörig. Wir haben schöne 4 Tage mit 3 Generationen hier verbracht. Es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Der Ort ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Tolle Wanderungen in der näheren Umgebung möglich.

Un semaine passée à Sedan à l'occasion de la foire commerciale. Nous avons eu le plaisir de nous réunir le soir entre collègues dans cet hébergement spacieux, au calme et très bien équipé. Une semaine en déplacement qui avait un air de vacances.

Gutes Urlaubshaus um mit Freunden zu verreisen

Die Kommunikation mir der Vermieterin etwas schwierig da sie nur gebrochen Englisch spricht, es hat trotzdem relativ gut funktioniert. Das Haus und die Umgebung war top. Man kommt zu Fuß in die Stadt und an die Burg.
