This historic home was built in the 1930s (remodeled 2020) with a new addition completed in 2020. This home is walking distance to Texas A&M University, Kyle Field, and the Texas A&M Golf Course. This property is the perfect place to stay for Aggie Gamedays, graduations, weddings, or youth sports leagues. However, this property is not to be used for parties, events, electric vehicle charging, or data/crypto mining.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Leave dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom. -DO NOT make the bed if it has been slept in. -Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start the dishwasher. -Remove all personal items.
-Clean filter/coffee grounds/K-Cups from coffee makers. Remove water from Keurig. -Remove all food you brought from the refrigerator and pantry. -Place trash in the gray bins on far side of garage.
-Set thermostat: -85 F Cool setting March - October. -62 F Heat setting November - February. -Turn off all lights, fans, lock doors, and close window shutters. Verify deadbolt locks on exit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parties or events are not allowed. This property is not setup to handle more than the stated overnight guest size.

Lovely historic home!!

This is a beautiful house in a great location. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay here. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The weather was beautiful while we were here so we really enjoyed the outdoor living spaces. We would love to come back!!

Great house in a great location!

Our family had to come in for a funeral and it was a great house for us to gather together and get through a difficult time. Lots of space and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again! Will was very responsive as well.

Baseball weekend

We’ve stayed at this property two years ago and it remains an ideal house for a large family gathering. Excellent kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Lots of different community spaces for groups to gather.

Perfect home!

We booked this home for the A&M/tu game with our family and friends. It couldn't have been more perfect. Plenty of spaces for sleeping and entertaining. The outside patio was wonderful and the kitchen is large and accommodating for everyone. Loved it!

The house is great and has plenty of bathrooms which made everyone’s getting ready time so easy. The location was very convenient to our music festival. Many extras in the kitchen. The host was easy to communicate with and responded immediately. I would stay here again!

A&M Graduation family stay

Our family has a tradition of staying together anytime one of the kids graduates from college, we spend quality family time and celebrate the graduate. Will’s place was perfect for our gathering. The house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a very spacious family area and a great kitchen with everything you need. My sisters kept complementing me for finding the perfect house to stay. To top it off, the house is right up the street from the A&M campus!

Spacious Home

I wanted to get away for the weekend with my kids and family for a daughters 18th birthday. The house was exactly as described online. It was very spacious for my whole family. All the places we wanted to go to in College Station was located about 5 or 10 minutes away which made it even better for the stay. I loved spacious kitchen also.

Best VRBO Experience To Date!

The house was beyond amazing for our family of 16 for the A&M/ Mizzou game! Will even made himself available to answer questions while on a college visit with his son. Not only was the inside of the house spacious and comfortable for all 16 of us, but the outside space was equally accommodating - in fact, we spent most of our time hanging out on the porch! It was as the perfect family weekend and we are grateful to Will for hosting us in their amazing house!

Friends & Family Auburn-A&M football weekend

The beautiful Oakdale property we rented in College Station was perfect. Will Deweese was the consummate host. He was available with restaurant suggestions, just a phone call away with any questions, even brought us some Auburn swag on Gameday. The house surpassed our expectations & was even more beautiful than the pictures. And, we could walk across the street to Kyle Field & campus. It was spotless, very well stocked, 5 bedrooms & 5.5 bathrooms, nestled in a lovely neighborhood. We would highly recommend this property to a large group like ours that wants to be in walking distance of campus 😊

Great spacious house

This was a great place to stay! The house was very spacious and looked just like the pictures. We had five families staying here and never felt crowded. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was very nice and had everything that was needed to have our cookout. Had few small issues. TV not working and water pressure in upstairs bathroom. Contacted the owner and he was very quick to respond and even was able to show up at the property to fix these issues quickly. Didn't bother anyone with staying there. Property owner communicated very quickly from booking to check out. Definitely will stay here again come game day!!
