Singer Island beach house , about 55 miles away from Bahamas less of 5 minutes from Palm Beach Intel, 3 minutes from the famous Peanut Island.

The space
This perfect vacation home almost 3000 sq ft that has everything, Pool, Hot tub, Beach ,Ping pong. If you want to drive to the beach, there is a parking area for residents and guests of Palm Beach Isles & Yacht Harbor Manor only. You won’t need to drive unless you want to. We provide beach chairs, beach towels. etc.

Wow! Beautiful location and great house!

We had the best time at the island beach house! It was so well stocked with everything you could need and very cute and comfortable. Lots of great outdoor space and easy boating access as well as close to beaches and resort properties. We would love to stay here again!

A beautiful BIG home!

We loved that this home had access to a dock and scenes of the beautiful waterway, AND the beach was just down the road. The best of all worlds.

Lester is the best host ever!

Gorgeous house, perfect location, excellent layout of the house with plenty of room for everyone, we had a blast! Lester is an extremely responsive and generous host as well. My kids all loved the home. 5-minute drive to Phil Foster Park for outstanding snorkeling. and close to Publix and Carmines for food. Carmines has a lot of awesome heat and eat foods for easy dinners and their food is perfection.

The house had everything we needed for our beach getaway. The marina was key to house our boat as we were in and out quite a bit enjoying the ocean and intercoastal. The kayaks were an added bonus. The pool was much larger than we thought which was nice. Outdoor bathroom was a great feature as well. The kitchen was small but was well stocked with everything we needed to cook which we did every night. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the AC units work well. Lester was a great host , very responsive every time I reached out. Will definitely be back.

Excellent house and location

Wide range of feedback to offer: We spent a month at the house. The owner- Lester - is exceptional ! Great communication and extremely responsive to any questions or requests. The property is located on a great street - very quiet area. The back area looks out on a canal - boats periodically go by . The house has 3 king bedrooms (2 on main floor each with private bathrooms ) and one upstairs. Also upstairs is a fourth bedroom with two double beds. The upstairs bedrooms share a large bathroom. The “fifth” bedroom would be appropriate for younger guests - as it’s a tad quirky both in location (off the garage) and layout. The house has a large dining room which separates two large group seating areas. The kitchen - although a tad small - is stocked with brand new appliances as well as wide variety of cooking pots pans and utensils! There is easy access to major food stores etc (Publix). TV’s in all rooms are smart TV’s and internet worked very well. The outdoor area features a nice pool and several chaise lounge. Lester is in the process of updating the outdoor eating table and a few other outdoor features. The outdoor grill works well - which we used frequently. The neighborhood has Beach access that is easily walkable. All in all - our experience was extremely positive
