The friendly and modern furnished apartment in a former winegrower estate impresses with its size and its successful layout.
The sleeping area is separated by large, old windows. The modern box spring bed invites you to relax.
The built-in kitchen offers modern comfort with stove, oven, fridge and freezer and a sink as well as coffee pad machine, kettle etc.

Frau Reuter hat uns sehr freundlich, offen aufgenommen, gab uns sehr viele Hinweise und Infos zur Region. Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ein paar schöne Tage in der sonnigen Pfalz verbracht.

Gemütliche, geschmackvolle und gut ausgestattetes Wohnung.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und gemütliche Wohnung mit allem was man für erholsame und schöne Tage an der Südlichen Weinstraße braucht. Dazu zählen natürlich auch die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Unserer Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder!

Alles wunderbar!

Familie Reuter hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Der Tisch war toll eingedeckt und es gab frische Blumen und saisonale Deko. Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

wir waren mit unseren beiden Hunden in Böchingen. Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte nichts und ich wäre mit weniger Gepäck ausgekommen im Gegensatz zu den anderen Ferienwohnungen die wir sonst buchen. Das Wetter war nicht gut aber in so einer schönen Wohnung kann man das gut aushalten. Das einzige Manko war der fehlende eingezäunte Garten den wir bei den Ferienhäusern in Holland und der Lüneburger Heide so gut finden. Da Landau nur 5 km entfernt ist sind reichlich Einkaufmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

Außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung mit freundlcihen Gastgebern

Die Wohnung entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Unkompliziertes check in und out bei freundlichen Gastgebern. Ruhig, trotz Strassenlage, vorallem nachts. WIr haben bei offenem Fenster super geschlafen. Bäckerei und eine sehr schlichte, urige Weinstube mit eigenen Schlachterei fussläufig. Gute Busverbindungen Richtung Landau und in die bekannten Weinorte.

Immer wieder gerne

Anne hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Umgebung ist viel mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Reichlich Tipps gab es von Anne und Matthias zu Einkehrmöglichkeiten in den umliegenden Ortschaften. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass die Abreise nach einer Woche schwer fiel.

Schöne Gegend und tolle Wohnung für 2 Personen

Super nette Vermieter mit alleiniger Nutzung des Innenhofes. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird und manchmal noch mehr. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants mit annehmbaren Preisen.

Schöne Tag in der Pfalz

Wir wurden von der Gastgeberfamilie sehr freundlich empfangen. In der liebevoll gestalteten Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Touren mit dem E-Bike ist diese Wohnung sehr gut geeignet.
