The pre-arrival questions and quiet-hour reminders are standard for all reservations and are intended to protect the property, neighbors, and guests. They are not an accusation that a particular guest intends to be disruptive. We take legitimate property concerns seriously and want to assure future guests that the reported issues have been corrected. We stand behind our house policies and our ongoing efforts to keep the home properly maintained.

Thank you for acknowledging the home’s cleanliness, comfortable beds, well-maintained pool, convenient location, and our strong communication. However, it is important to be clear that the only issue reported during the stay was the pool lighting. None of the other concerns listed in this review—including the flooring, furniture, rug, cords, or blinds—were communicated to us at any point during the reservation. We cannot inspect or correct issues that are never reported. Had these concerns been brought to our attention, our team would have had the opportunity to address them promptly. The pool lighting concern was acknowledged and escalated once reported. We stand firmly behind our responsiveness and believe it is misleading to present a long list of unreported issues as though our team failed to act on them.
