This cozy cottage is idyllically situated one block from the ocean and an easy walk or bike ride to the shops and restaurants on New Smyrna Beach's main street, Flagler Avenue. Conch'd Out is a fully renovated (2018) and equipped guesthouse, located on the owner's property. With a 30 day minimum stay, the property is ideal for snowbirds or extended family vacations in our beachside town. The cottage features 2 large upstairs bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, comfortable living area, outside shower and full laundry room. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and features a balcony with a beautiful view of the intracoastal waterway. The second bedroom has a queen bed and room for a queen air mattress or pull out for over-night guests. Surrounded by lush tropical foliage, the property is a certified Monarch Butterfly sanctuary...a perfect location to rest, relax and restore!

Your hosts at Conch'd Out, Craig and Jana, live on the property full time so we're right here to offer suggestions and take care of any needs.
