Low Flow Toilets - do not flush anything other than small amounts of toilet paper
Air conditioner - please do not run temp lower than 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The compressor can easily freeze causing damage or HOT air to blow in.
The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest and unfortunately the mice try to sneak inside when the weather turns cold. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
Parking space is available as directed in the check-in guide. Neighborhood overview We love the historic feel and the charm that Old Town delivers. It's always enjoyable to slow down and spend time strolling through the square and the numerous shops and restaurants available. We feel perfectly safe walking around Old Town both day and night, just sticking to the immediate blocks around the plaza, and around Rio Grande Blvd. Going from Central towards Downtown does have some isolated stretches so it is recommended to use common safety sense as you would in any big city.

We loved staying here. The apartment was so clean and spacious. We traveled with 9 mos old twins and had perfect space in the living room to set up their play pen for sleep and play during the day. And the location to old town was amazing we took a walk during the day and went back at night. I would highly recommend! Taryn also responds to messages quickly which is nice.
Clean and comfortable place with a great location near Old Town. Host was reachable by phone and very helpful when we initially had problems finding the address on the VRBO app.
Location to old town was brilliant.Easy parking. The apartment was very well equipped and thoughtful touches such as ear plugs and sound machine in front bedroom as road can be noisy. Really useful having a washer /dryer
Everything from check in to the locations was absolutely seamless! If you are wanting to visit Old Town or ALQ it is a GREAT spot to stay at! It’s central located and a hop on the freeway to anything in ALQ! Across the street from Old Town (literally) and feels like a very safe place to be! It’s also walking distance to the Sawmill Market!
There isn't a better location. Any neighbors were quiet at 9pm. Everything in the kitchen functioned well. We had a little trouble with the TV, but I only mention that ao I can share how responsive and helpful the host was. We'd pick the same Vrbo in a heartbeat.
Property as described, fantastic location within easy access to Old Town. The kitchen/dining room are small but adequate. I would gladly stay here again!
The property is older but well kept up, and the apartment itself was a perfect space for two old friends to socialize or be separate. Beds were comfortable and we had easy access to old town galleries and the Albuquerque Museum.
We picked this property because it is across from Old Town. It’s about a 30 second walk. Very cute older property that is well maintained. Lots of food choices very close by. Gas stations close by. The beds were very comfortable.
My sister and I needed a place to stay close to the hospital. The location was convenient. We also needed to extend the stay and the process was easy. Overall, the apartment was exactly as advertised and we were thankful.
Everything was great. There were 3 of us, and it worked perfect. The kitchen is a little small, but it worked fine. Location is amazing. I will definitely add this location to my favorites.

Great location to walk to Old Town Albuquerque!! Property is very clean and comfortable. Easy Uber ride to other areas in Albuquerque. Highly recommend this property!!!
We stayed for a short family trip and enjoyed the space! The bed in the main bedroom has the most comfortable mattress- we were all very cozy and pleased! Thank you!
