Beautiful, spacious living paired with a GREAT LOCATION!!!!
Freshly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house at the end of a cul-de-sac with a private backyard that backs up to a wooded green belt nestled in an established neighborhood.
We are Premier Hosts with Vrbo and provide exceptional experiences for each of our guests!

Great SA Retreat provides an open floorplan to include the main living room, kitchen, dining area and a side/game room. Oversized, comfortable furniture in the main room and game room offers plenty of seating for everyone. Roku/smart TV’s, with cable and Wi-Fi, are provided in the main room and each of the four bedrooms. There is also a charming side room, near the master bedroom, that can be closed off from the main areas for a quieter space.

A beautifully large, private fenced backyard offers tons of green space outside to relax, play, birdwatch, and observe some wildlife. The airy back deck and outside furniture provide plenty of seating to enjoy. The backyard includes a cemented area with a basketball goal. Grill some tasty cuisine outside on the charcoal grill provided.

Feel free to make yourself at home in the kitchen with superb appliances to cook or bake with. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishware, glassware, pots/pans and cooking utensils you would need to cook/dine with.

There are a variety of games provided within the house. Play bumper pool or flip the table top to try your hand at poker (cards and poker chips provided). Binge-watch the newest series, or catch up on some old movies, with the use of the Roku/smart TV’s and your favorite apps. Sink into the comfortable couches or rest comfortably on the luxurious linens, pillows and mattresses provided in each bedroom.

There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board available in the laundry room for use if needed.

Note: There is one-step down from the entrance into the main living area/side sitting room. There is one-step down from the hallway to the laundry room.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit in this SA home and wish we had had more time to play bumper pool and ping pong! Easy access to Loop 1604 made it a quick trip to the San Antonio grandparents we came to visit. Super cute decor, comfy beds, spotless bathrooms, and a quiet neighborhood all made for a great visit! We would definitely stay here again!

Great family house!

Our family converged for the weekend to attend a wedding and this house had all the space we needed. Wish we had one more day just to hang around and enjoy the games and patio more. If you are in SA to see the city or to relax and do a little of nothing, the place is perfect.

The house was in an excellent location for everything we wanted to do in the San Antonio area. The house was clean and beautifully renovated. We loved the Texas decor. The house seemed bigger than pictured. The rooms were nice and we enjoyed the back yard. There were games and puzzles in the house that we got to use. We had 1 issue with the house while we there and the owners/managers fixed it in a very timely manner. We would stay here again.

Beat house ever!!

Being a family of 6, we stay at a lot of vrbos because the price point and value is so much better than hotels. I say that because my kids ranked this house the best they've ever stayed at! They want to come back this summer, and I hope I can make that happen for them! The house is well stocked with all the things you need, plus thoughtful extras! The backyard is amazingly beautiful and a great place to run around. The house was very clean and all the beds and linens so comfortable after long days of walking! Thank you for letting us stay! We loved it!

What’s to say but WOW!!!

This is an exceptional vacation rental!!! It lacks nothing and is definitely the best equipped, and decorated, place we’ve ever stayed. Everything was spotless and well organized. Courtney was a delightful host who answered every question and request for recommendations within minutes. The beds are comfy and there’s lots of room to spread out or gather together. The location is convenient to everything, but just enough out of the center not to be bothered by the hubbub. The neighborhood is quiet and filled with lovely trees. Overall an A++ experience. Wow!! What a House/ Host

I’m from San Antonio but living in Dallas with my family. We travel to San Antonio for Easter every year to celebrate with our large extended family. I cannot say enough about this house and host!!! The house is super clean, plenty of towels- bath/ kitchen, utensils, trash bags, coffee, snacks and all the things you don’t want to pack or even know you need. Courtney, the host, has thought of everything!!! The house is so spacious, plenty of storage and seating areas for a large group yet still cozy for a small family. The beds are really comfortable too and we absolutely loved the kitchen and extra large island! My family loved the games, TVs and basketball hoop in the backyard. The backyard is simply awesome!!! So much fun for Easter egg hunts, barbecues, playing ball or just relaxing. The neighborhood is super safe, friendly and quiet. No matter what you’re doing in San Antonio- the location is perfect!! Centrally located and easy to get anywhere in the city. Also so nice to have grocery stores and gas station less than 1 mile away. We’ve used VRBO for several years now and have stayed in some truly wonderful houses- but this house really exceeded our expectations. Courtney is very responsive but also allows for privacy. The pictures don’t do this house justice- it’s simply beautiful with great finishes and lots of windows & lights. I would HIGHLY recommend this house. We can’t wait to come back!!

Cozy, spacious home

The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood at the end of the street and still close to the highway, grocery stores and restaurants. It is well decorated with comfortable furniture and a spacious kitchen. We (family of 5) and our friends (family of 4) had plenty of space and the kitchen is well-equipped so we could cook for ourselves. Everything is included and in great working order. The beds are comfortable. The owners are easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions. Check out instructions are reasonable and easy to follow. Highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with a group.

We have stayed here before and this time did not disappoint. This is a precious home and perfect for whatever your getaway is. Courtney is very accommodating and easy to work with. The home has a beautiful private backyard that feels like you are not in the city. There are so many little things provided in the home that make it such a smooth transition to moving into the vrbo. My son fully enjoyed all the games, coloring stuff, bubbles, etc. Thank you once again for allowing us to stay in this amazing, clean, beautifully decorated home!!
