Fully equipped accommodation (reversible air conditioning, parking and free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, TV). Upstairs of an old nut dryer completely renovated to offer you comfort and tranquility. In the heart of the Dordogne valley on our property bordered by a stream, with multiple fruit trees (fig, apple, cherry, plum, walnut) with vegetable garden and spaces to relax made available by the stream (garden furniture, hammock, bench). <br>Close to many tourist sites (Rocamadour, Padirac chasm, Martel and its little steam tourist train, Collonge-la-Rouge, Carennac, Loubressac, Autoire and its waterfall and even Sarlat and the Lascaux caves just an hour's drive away). Quiet and close to the Dordogne river (footpath from the house) and sites to swim in peace (Gluges, Le vieux chêne, Saule water park). All shops and doctors 5 km away (Martel and Vayrac).
