The newly renovated, comfortable approx. 75 sqm 3 *** - apartment in the district of Ziegelwies with balcony, is equipped with a spacious living and dining room with flat screen TV, DVD player, mini hi-fi system and WiFi internet. 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: a double bed, bedroom 2: two single beds), additional cot possible on request, kitchen with dining area, incl. Dishwasher, electric stove and oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The bathroom has a bath and shower, the toilet is separate.
Bed linen, towels and dish towels included, parking space in front of the house, storage space for bicycles, rental of e-bikes possible, animals on request, non-smoking apartment.
