Air-conditioned villa for 4 people, comfortable, in a secure residence with swimming pool and children's playground.
Close to the sea and the nature reserve, swimming pool in the residence in season.
The house has wifi.
On the ground floor: living room and kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee maker and Nespresso, fridge/freezer, plancha, television. A toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 cm), the other with a bunk bed (140 cm), shower room and WC.
Veranda with its dining area and private garden out of sight, garden furniture and deckchair.
A reserved parking space in the residence.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist umfassend ausgestattet und befindet sich in einem modernen, gepflegten Zustand. Die Gastgeberin überzeugt durch ihre ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und einen überaus angenehmen Umgang. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Der zugehörige Parkplatz befindet sich am entgegengesetzten Ende der Anlage.

40 Grad Außentemperatur, kein Problem-Klimaanlage in allen Stockwerken! Mal etwas kühler, kein Problem-toller Wintergarten! Super ausgestattet: Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Markise, Elektrgrill, alles da! Kleiner, aber zur schnellen Abkühlung ausreichender Pool, etwas weiterer Fußweg (10Min) zum Strand, aber eigentlich kein Problem! Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin!
