The private screened lanai offers nice gulf breezes and a view of the pool. Daily happy hour gatherings at the Tiki hut with gas grill right out front.(BYOB). Covered parking. Newly renovated with designer kitchen, new furniture and appliances. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking up a meal or whipping up a pitcher of margaritas. Walk to one of the nicest, biggest beaches in SW Florida. Beach chairs , umbrella, beach cart, and towels included. All you need is your bathing suit and flip flops! Pet friendly for one dog, 20 lbs or less.

Nice Property - Great Location

The property is well laid out with nicely furnished for 4. It has a great selection of serving and cookware. It also has a Keurig was a nice treat as we had brought a selection of coffee pods with us.Property is a couple of blocks to the beach, but that access was blocked off a week into our stay. Next beach access is approximately 5 blocks to the north.There is a lot of construction during the day, but overall a nice quiet location.

Great stay!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is great! It's just a short walk out of the complex, cross the street and you are at the beach. It was so nice to have the beach cart which was available it the storage unit to use to take all of our items. The other guests/owners of the condos in the complex were very friendly and welcoming. It was also nice that this is a "pet friendly" condo for small dogs and our dog also enjoyed being here with us. The condo is very comfortable and equipped for cooking. There is also a public gas grill provided by the development that we used. There are several nice restaurants/bars within walking distance. The complex is well maintained and we enjoyed the use of the pool, as well as going to the beach. The traffic can be an issue at times, but after you learn when the best times are for leaving and returning to the island (Estero Island) it is easier to get around. This is a great location (south and closer to the Lovers Key resort) if you want a more quiet, less active area than that found further north at the Times Square area of Ft. Myers beach. We are retired, so this was a great place for us. We are looking forward to being able to return for another stay at some point in the future.

We had a great stay in this condo. Helga was very responsive to any/all inquiries before and during our stay. The house is well equipped, including beach supplies, bikes, etc. We would have considered booking again for next year but it is already booked for our dates. The only downside (which has NOTHING to do with this rental) is the island traffic. Once on the island, everything you need is within close range (restaurants, beach, marina, etc.) Leaving/returning the island must be timed well or you will spend an hour going 2 miles.

Great condo

The instructions to get in to the condo was explained very well and easy to get in. The condo was very clean inside and outside . Maintenance kept everything very nice. We loved the beach chairs, cart, bike and cooler they had for us. Very comfortable mattress and updated fun beach themed decor. The whole condo was stocked with everyrhing you would need from all the sheets,towels,blankets,hand soap,cleaning supplies to a full kitchen with all pots and pans, to most small kitchen appliances you may need. Its also just a short walk to a strip mall with shops and the beach. We would definitely stay again!

SW Florida Get-a-way

Lovely little renovated condo on the southern end of Ft Myers Beach. Every basic item you need is provided. Location is excellent and the community is friendly. I would recommend this property
