Intimate and tranquil serene cottage with parking for boat trailer, and public ramp just a few blocks away. Minutes away from Anna Maria Island and downtown Bradenton. Internet television, pool table, and wet bar for your amenities. This is a guest house and owner lives on the property. Pool is located between both houses. There is a coffee pot and microwave on the wet bar. Laundry service is just a few miles down the road and they will pick up and deliver.
