Not as expected

My individual room was not what was advertised. The bathroom had clear water damage that was poorly fixed, water pressure was not great. There was poor patch work done on damages throughout the bathroom and room as a whole.

The walls were thin, we had to complain about the noises upstairs, but I guess you get what you pay for. :(

Poor Communications and not as advertised

We were given a room that the key did not work and then found out it smelled like smoke from previous occupants eventhough the hotel clearly posted a "NO SMOKING" sign at the entrance. The room we did finally get into had 2 broken locks on the door (the deadbolt and the other slide lock above). The room was clean overall and fairly quiet. The breakfast was good.
