Sancerre: Beautifully furnished house, renovated in 2025, with an unobstructed view of the Loire Valley

We rent, by the week, the month or by the night, a pretty furnished house for 4 people in Saint Thibault sur Loire, in the town of Saint Satur located at the foot of the hill of Sancerre (located at 23 quai de Loire Hervé Mhun 18300 Saint Satur).

Renovated in 2025 with respect for the old.
Wifi available free of charge.

In the heart of a village located in the immediate vicinity of Sancerre, voted favourite village of the French, the house, full of charm, has a direct view of the wild Loire (four geese have currently made their nest on the small beach in front of the house) and an enclosed courtyard overlooking the Loire.

It is composed, on the ground floor, of a living room with a pretty functional fireplace (one or two extra beds in a sofa bed), a large American kitchen and separate toilets. Upstairs, two independent bedrooms (sleeps four: a double bed 140 cm wide and two single beds 90 cm wide) enjoying a nice view of the Loire, and a bathroom with toilet.

In the village of Saint Thibault sur Loire and close to all shops, its windows overlook a nature reserve for the birds of the Loire. The region is beautiful and largely unknown.

Less than two hours from Paris by train (Tracy sur Loire / Tracy Sancerre station) or by car, a change of scenery is guaranteed, for a weekend or a week.

You will find in the immediate vicinity: Sancerre and its vineyards, goat farms, the famous Saint Satur golf course, tennis (tennis courses possible in summer), summer swimming pool (swimming lessons possible in summer), canoeing down the Loire (bring swimming costumes, sun cream, picnic and straw hats),
Loire by bike (the house is located just in front of the cycle path), flying over the Sancerre in a hot air balloon, equestrian centres (courses possible during all school holidays)...

We can provide you with bed linen and towels for a flat rate of 25 euros per stay.
We can also lend you a travel cot if necessary.

Smokers are accepted if they consent to smoke in the courtyard or at the windows.

Well-behaved pets are welcome.

You can easily park your vehicle in front of the house, or in the immediate vicinity.
