La Parenthèse "Great place to stay when visiting Toulouse. Close to the train station and the historic centre. Well equipped apartment with plenty of space for 2. Located on a quiet side street away from the traffic and footfall of the major routes. Recommended."

Nice apartment, poor communication with rental agent

Very nice apartment. First night was ruined when the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. It was very frightening. I could not reach the agency (Cocoonr) by email or by phone, as directed. I had to knock the alarm off a high wall with a broom handle.to stop it after a half hour. I'm now, a month later, still trying to get reimbursed for that first (of 3) night's rent. I've had no response from Cocoonr to my request. So, nice apartment, poor rental agency.
