You have a very bright house, located 250 m from the beach, on a fenced plot of 650 m².

The property can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, consisting of a main room with the kitchen, a dining room with a large table for 6 people and a living room with sofa + armchairs and TV stand.

2 bedrooms with wardrobe, one with a double bed 160x200 and the other with 2 single beds 90x190.

A bathroom with shower and separate toilet. .

A large garage for the laundry area with washing machine, dryer, and storage of outdoor accessories.

Beach holiday with dogs

Marie Annick and Alain welcomed us to their well-equipped and comfortable house in Barneville-Carteret. Our 2 small dogs enjoyed the enclosed garden. We were a 3 minute walk from the beach and in easy access of cycling and walking routes. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing and we would recommend this cosy beach house.

Fabulous holiday

We spent a lovely relaxing week in this comfortable, well equipped property. The location is ideal for both walks and driving to see the sights. We really enjoyed breakfast in the sun followed by evening bbq’s also in the sun on the other side of the house. Alain and Marie Annick were lovely hosts - thank you. We would thoroughly recommend this property.

Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und willkommen geheißen. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage und einen privaten Garten. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist in Ordnung. Von der Wohnung aus kann man schöne Ausflüge machen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gereist mit vier Personen und einem Hund.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt bei sehr, sehr netten Gastgebern in einem sauberen, hellen Haus mit Garten rundherum in perfekter Nähe zum Meer. Kinder, Hund und wir waren hier sehr glücklich und werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Vielen Dank an unsere lieben Gastgeber für die tolle Zeit!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Ferienhaus in Barneville-Carteret! Das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub braucht. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst aufmerksam und sorgten dafür, dass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Die Lage ist traumhaft, und die Terrasse ist perfekt für entspannte Abende. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Ein absoluter Wohlfühlurlaub

Alain und Marie-Annick sind äußerst sympathische und ums Wohl der Gäste besorgte Gastgeber.Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Wohngegend sehr ruhig, zu Fuß erreicht man den Strand in wenigen Minuten, mit dem Auto kann man problemlos den Westen des Cotentin erkunden oder man erwandert die herrlichen endlos anmutenden Strand-und Dünenlandschaften.

Gepflegtes Haus mit hübschem Garten

Wir haben uns im Haus von Marie-Annike und Alan sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung würden von beiden persönlich übernommen, inkl. Geschenken aus der Region. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und wir haben auch an Kleinigkeiten gemerkt, dass sich um alles gut gekümmert wird. Toll auch, dass zwei Fahrräder zur Berfungung gestellt werden. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Die Lage des Hauses ganz ruhig und angenehm. Kurzer Weg zu einem sauberen Strand. Die Vermieter total nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an sie wenden. Alles zusammen sehr schön.

Séjour au top

Un accueil très chaleureux Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, calme et reposante. Les propriétaires sont toujours dispo et très prévenants. Le jardin est incroyable, avec à dispo tout le matériel pour en profiter et il est très bien clôturé, idéal pour nos amis à 4 pattes. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine, merci encore à Annick et Alain

Gîte entre terre et mer

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte de Marie Annick et Alain. Le gîte est très fonctionnel avec un très joli jardin.Le gîte est à quelques minutes de la plage,il est très bien situé pour visiter le Cotentin.Nous recommandons vivement.

Schönes, sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus in Barneville

Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Der Garten ist Ideal, wenn man mit Kindern oder einem Hund unterwegs ist. Im Garten stehen Liegen bereit und ein Tisch. Die Terasse in Richtung Westen genießt man am besten in der Abendsonne. Kurzer Weg zur Uferpromenade und zum Strand. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Marie Annick und Alain sind sehr nette, freundliche Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Fijn huisje, dichtbij het strand

We hebben genoten in het huisje. Onze hond heeft het ook erg naar zijn zin gehad. Hij kon lekker rennen op het strand. Het huisje bleef ook lekker koel. We hebben gewandeld en gefietst naar Cap de Carteret, zijn naar Utah-strand geweest. En de route naar Phare de Goury was erg mooi. Dus een heerlijke week. De ontvangst door de eigenaren was zeer gastvrij.

Quiétude marine en famille

Dans une maison confortable et très bien équipée, située près de la mer dans un endroit calme, beau et sauvage, une multitude d'activités et de randonnées disponibles à proximité. Le cotentin fait du bien

Maison très bien équipée agréable avec un emplacement à 200m de la place de Barneville , idéale pour les promenades matinales. Dans un rayon d une heure en voiture mille choses à voir : les caps, les phares,les îles,les vielles pierres, etc Et des étendues de plages dont on ne peut se lasser. Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants, lors de leur accueil ils savent vous transmettre leur passion pour cette région et vous servent de précieux guides. Ne surtout pas hésiter !!!!

Entre terre et mer! Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gut erholt.

Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem großen, eingehegten Grundstück, auf dem man auch sein Fahrzeug abstellen kann. Das Grundstück bietet viel Platz und Möglichkeiten, sich im Freien aufzuhalten. Das Haus selbst ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt nichts vermissen. Zum Haus gehört auch eine Garage mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner sowie viel Stauraum für Koffer o. Ä. Marie Annick und Alain haben uns wirklich sehr zuvorkommend empfangen und verabschiedet und waren auch während unseres Aufenthalts um unser Wohlergehen bemüht.
