Description: Located in the Hauts Lieux residence, on the Promenade de Tovière, the flat is on the 1st floor without lift with a southern exposure. The access is secured by a digicode. Free WIFI. Located only 100 m from the snow front, the lake, 200 m from the Maison De Tignes (ski pass purchases) and the aquatic area (swimming pool, hammam, sauna and Jacuzzi) and the Tignespace (sports centre), the flat is close to all amenities.
Small flat of 30m², very luminous, carefully arranged and decorated. The apartment has been furnished and equipped in a "Montagne Contemporain" style and offers a warm and soothing atmosphere. On the ground floor, there is a ski locker for 4 pairs of skis and 4 pairs of boots. The entrance hall leads to a corridor with a shower room (Italian shower) with 1 toilet, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, towel dryer and washing machine. Continuing on, there is a small cabin room with a glass roof and a double bed (140x200) as well as a small piece of furniture to store some clothes. Two large functional cupboards complete this entrance to facilitate your storage. In the kitchen, you will discover a very bright and functional living room. Equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and small appliances. Fondue, raclette and pierrade machines are also available. The lounge area has a large bay window and is equipped with a large sofa bed (160x200) and a television. A balcony with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains (view of the Grande Motte) where we put at your disposal a small table and 2 chairs.
At the foot of the residence, you will find a Spar supermarket, a tobacconist's, a bookshop, a cheese shop and a bakery (Meilleur Ouvrier de France). Choice of restaurants. The market on the Promenade de Tovière every Thursday and Sunday.
In summer: Thanks to the MyTignes card, many sports and leisure activities are offered at preferential rates: tennis, table tennis, swimming pool, pedal boats, canoeing, paddle, ski lifts on the mountain bike track, archery, minigolf and Acroland. Europe's highest 18-hole golf course
Winter: At an altitude of 2100m, Tignes is one of the largest French ski resorts. Its slopes are linked to those of its neighbour Val d'Isère to create a skiable area of 300 km of runs. Tignes owes its fame to its "Tignes Val d'Isère" ski area, which is reputed to be one of the highest in Europe, skiing at altitudes of up to 3,500 m 9 months out of 12. Covered parking is compulsory and paying.
The flat is located at : 100 m from the Tovière cable car (direct link to the Val d'Isère ski area). 200 m from the Palafour chairlift. 100 m from the ESF and the Piou Piou club and the Oxygène ski school. Equipment rental 5 min walk from the residence.
The flat is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. On your departure, we ask you to empty the bins, to have the dishes done and the beds unmade.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was small, but perfect for 2 people. It was very well thought out and exceptionally well equipped. Our communication with the owners was excellent. The location was fantastic. If we return to Tignes, we will book this apartment again.
This apartment is perfect! The location could not be better and the facilities within the apartment are really good. Also the view from the living room is just beautiful!!! It’s very homely, cosy and was great for the 3 of us.Can’t wait to stay again!
Great location, ideal for couples, spacious, ski in/ski out, lovely hot shower after a day on the slopes; all lovely amenities as per description; ski locker ideal; above a fab creperie, Boulangerie, bars close by …..fab stay and would highly recommend
We had a wonderful stay with the best snow we’ve had in years. The position of the property could not have been any better. The boulangerie, fromagerie, supermarket, ski hire shop and slopes could all be reached in under a minute. The property was warm, clean, comfortable and well equipped for 4 people (with 2 sleeping in the large fold out sofa bed). The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and pans, enabling us to make a delicious tartiflette, and fully self cater for the week. We were also grateful for the excellent bottle of wine from the owners own vineyard! It was a bonus having linen and towels provided. The secure ski locker was also an important feature. Communication was good and check in and out easy as a result. We would happily stay again.
Beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment in an ideal location. Secure ski locker and an easy walk to the Tovière bubble and palafour chairlift. A clever use of space makes it perfect for 2-3 adults.
We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of four. So well located a short walk from the main ski area and a spar shop and restaurants 1 min away. Apartment is really well set up, nicely renovated. Small but that’s how it’s advertised. Was great for two nights and my husband and I as just a couple could have stayed longer but for four, a bit small for a longer rental (sofa bed is short and duvet is very small for a double sofa bed). Owner gave clear info. Apartment was clean. Would highly recommend. Rosset underground car park short walk along the road.

This place is great - clean, well equipped, fantastic location for what we needed - ski racing camp at Apex2100. The apartment is small, but super functional with everything you need. There are grocery shops near by, as well as a bakery.
Tout à fait parfait! Appartement au pied des pistes, il faut simplement traverser la rue; entre un boulanger avec des produits à se lécher les babines et un Spar. Agréablement et bien installé avec beaucoup de goût et très propre. Communication avec les hôtes impeccable et accueillant. A refaire!
C'était une expérience genre "confinement" car je suis venu peaufiner une prepa marathon, donc je me suis entrainé et suis allé au sauna "Le Lagon". J'ai assisté à la 1ère neige de la saison, 40cm en 4 jours. L'appartement est parfait, très confortable. Accès facile en suivant les consignes et contact avec la propriétaire impeccable. Je suis très content de ce projet et si je devais revenir à Tignes un jour c'est clair que je reviendrai dans ce logement, qui, en plus, est parfaitement situé.
Le document reçu avec les informations à propos de l'appartement est complet. Nous avons pu facilement entrer dans l'immeuble puis dans l'appartement.Le parking près de l'immeuble est relativement facile et gratuit en été.L'emplacement est idéal : les commerces sont vraiment très proches et les jeudis et dimanches il y a le marché dans la rue au pied de l'immeuble.L'appartement est bien équipé et correspond parfaitement bien au descriptif qui en est fait. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine.
Un super séjour passé dans ce magnifique appartement suréquipé, et très bien agencé ! Tout est prévu à votre arrivée, lits faits, linge de maison et de bain à notre disposition. L'appartement est parfait pour 2 personnes, il est très bien situé. Séjour hors saison donc nous avons pu profiter du calme de la station. Je recommande vivement

Emplacement idéal et vue sur le lac et la montagne
Appartement petit mais bien agencé et lumineux. L’idéal pour deux personnes. Déco bien pensée.
Dommage que le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas car le matin et le soir, il y faisait un peu froid. Il est vrai que la température était en-dessous des normales de saison.
Petite attention bien sympa des propriétaires à notre arrivée.
Appartement très bien situé à deux pas du front de neige, des commerces et des restaurants. On peut tout faire à pieds ou skis aux pieds!
L’appartement est fonctionnel, très bien équipé avec un balcon donnant sur la montagne!
Les hôtes sont très réactifs et la communication a été excellente!
On recommande et on le garde dans nos adresses pour un prochain séjour à Tignes.
