Welcome to Villa Cocorico, located in Chantecoq (you can’t make this up 😁), 1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris, in the northeastern part of the Loiret department.
We’ve included all the ingredients of a Homazing villa: a large, secluded garden with a heated pool, a pétanque court, a volleyball court, an XXL barbecue, a dining room for all your guests, and another 100 m² space for dancing until dawn—fully equipped with a 1,000 W sound system, lighting effects, a massive bar, a pool table, and a foosball table.

With room for 30 people (2 cottages that each sleep 15), Villa Cocorico is the perfect place to host your birthday party, bachelor/hen party, family reunion, or even a laid-back seminar.

Outside the villa, you’ll find a gorgeous 4,500 m² garden with a secure pool heated from April through October, ready for your best dives. A central area with sun loungers, an outdoor lounge, and umbrellas.
You’ll also have access to a pétanque and volleyball court, a ping-pong table, large tables that can seat up to 30 people, and an XXL barbecue.

Inside, there’s room for everyone.Just imagine: 450 m² of enjoyment spread across two buildings that can accommodate a total of 30 people (2 cottages for 15 people each).
You’ll enjoy 5 bedrooms, including 2 doubles on the ground floor, 5 bathrooms, 6 toilets, a 70 m² living/dining room with a bar and fireplace, and a 💯% fully equipped kitchen (except for the chef—that’s you!) to prepare huge meals.

In the mood for a poker night? Bluff your way into Homazing with a specially designed room.

The icing on the cake? A 100 m² game room featuring a pool table, a foosball table, a dance floor area with a bar, a 1,000 W speaker system, and lighting effects for parties—and to top it all off, a relaxation area with sofas and a video projector.

When we bought Villa Cocorico, we started from scratch. The second holiday rental was just a mud-brick barn; there were ducks in the garden and, of course, no pool or pétanque court.
Four months later, Villa Cocorico was already welcoming its first guests.
