- 1 laundry room (with washing machine and dryer)

The independent one-bedroom apartment “L’Herbarium” (36 m²):
It consists of:

- a 25 m² living room/kitchen with TV and pull-out sofa bed (140x190 cm)

and a separate toilet.

Outside, the 1,500 m² property offers:
