Beach Front Oasis with Breath-taking Views

Spectacular beach front oasis steps from the beach. Breath-taking unobstructed views of both the ocean from the oversized cover deck and the bay from the back deck off the master. 1,150 sq. ft. home constructed in Fall 2020. Bottom floor features covered parking, outdoor shower, picnic table and bar, a charcoal grill, and private access to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Linens and towels are included. Starlink internet with speeds up to 125 mb/s.

3 BR/ 2 Bth sleeps MAX 8. The on-suite master bedroom features a king bed, double vanity and shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed. The third bedroom features a double bunk with 4 twin beds which top bunks are only suitable for kids. The second bathroom also includes the stackable washer and dryer.

This is the ideal location for a birding getaway, just 10 minutes from High Island and 20 minutes from Bolivar Flats.

*Absolutely no parties or large gatherings. MAX capacity of 8 people, 4 adults and 4 kids.

*We require that all pets be potty and house trained. You will be responsible for any damages that may occur including damages to furniture and bedding.

House was very clean, right on the beach so views are great. Clear walk path to beach, vehicle access is just a 100 or so yards west of house. Communication with host at check in/out were prompt and smooth. We will definitely look to return next year.

Superb beachfront and comfortable

Super clean, super comfortable, right on the beach. Very relaxing for me and hubby with everything we needed. Host, Tony, was very helpful and accommodating with our questions.

Awesome Vacation Stay

Without a doubt this was one of the best family vacations in awhile. Everything was exactly as described and everything was perfect. AC worked great and everything you could need was included. Tony is a great host. No problems inside or out. Will definitely consider return trips in the future.

Everything about this beach house was top notch! The host even left Christmas gift surprise for us and treats for our dogs. The views were perfect, the location was perfect, the house had everything we needed in it and then some. Very happy with our stay here!

Relaxing stay in a beautiful location

We enjoyed this property and had very a relaxing weekend. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed. We settled in for a family game night at the bar with plenty of seating and enjoyed this quieter section of beach during the day and evening. We did have a question when we arrived and the property manager was quick to respond and helped make our trip wonderful.

Ocean Front Sun & Sand

This cozy beach house is awesome! Clean & had everything we needed and more. Perfect view of the water from the patio and just a few steps away to swim or sink your toes in the sands. The management was quick to respond when needed, we definitely will be back as soon as possible!

Great Location and Home

The views were lovely. The house was wonderfullyclean! The beach access was great. Just down the stairs and walk a bit and you were on the beach. The kitchen was loaded and even had an air fryer. The response from the owner was immediate and he even helped us find someone to assist us get all our "supplies" upstairs. Great retreat!!

Paradise on Bolivar

This is an exceptional property on the Texas Bolivar Peninsula! If you are looking for peace, privacy, sun, beach, the surf just a few steps away, amazing sun rises and sun sets...then look no further!!! This home was perfectly arranged in all ways and very clean. The Host was very helpful making sure our visit was comfortable. This is a perfect location if you are interested collecting sea shells also.

Our stay at Tony’s property was what we needed for our annual beach getaway. I appreciate that he was responsive even before our check in dates, addressing a question about cancellation in the case of a hurricane. Check in was easy, the house was impeccable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. We were all comfortable, and enjoyed our weekend away. Thanks again!

Great vacay! We were lucky :-)

We got lucky when we found this place with one time slot left for the summer. It’s a beautiful, well-stocked and tastefully decorated beach house. We were super lucky that Beryl left in time for the host to check on the house and repair the grounds in time enabling us to enjoy our vacation as scheduled. We also were lucky to have a host there for us when we had any questions, problems or concerns. The communication was amazing! The house was amazing! Honestly, this has been the best house and host we’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

Perfect spot in the beach

Met our adult children for the second time at this beautiful home. The house is so clean and the location is so quiet. Not a ton to do close by but if you want a private stay at the beach this is your place. Just one other house close by. Tony is great to work with and always responds quickly. Saw dolphins on a couple days and love hunting for seashells. Just need a couple of taller Adirondack chairs and this deck would be the perfect spot! Hope to visit again!!

The Great Escape!

This house was all that we could of asked for to enjoy our beach excursion! The house is very clean and the furnishings create a relaxing environment. Two smart TV’s was a help with 4 teens when they were not at the beach. We really enjoyed the location of this house as it is a bit to itself and you didn’t have to worry about noisy neighbors. The house came with all sorts of boogie boards, games, footballs, chairs, canopies…. all that you need for fun in the sun! We would definitely plan on renting from Mr. Dang again!

End of Summer Beach time.

Driveway was full of water and that and poor drainage near the property caused lots of mosquitos. Had to buy own spray to knock down the mosquitos. Everything else was great. Oh, the batteries on the tv remote have died. Need to be replaced. And the smoke alarm went off one night, but after checking the battery, it stopped and did not go off again (it was the one in the bunk bed bedroom), We will most likely stay there again.

This beautiful house is perfect for a beach getaway. Located steps from the beach and it's in a secluded area where there is not very much beach traffic. There were so many extras included with this rental, from beach chairs, toys, shade umbrellas, and so much more!! We can't wait to return again soon.

The Perfect Beach Getaway

I will definitely stay here again! From start to finish I enjoyed my stay. Impeccable beach house, clean, quiet and cozy. It has every amenity you can think of, games for the kids and family, decorations for any occasion, outside grille, beach chairs etc…This house is steps away from the beach with great views and sunsets. Lovely beach home.

We absolutely loved the beach house. It was just off the beach in less crowded area. The home was spotless and we'll equipped. The kitchen was a joy and was laid out perfectly and had stunning views of the beach. Without a doubt would stay there again and would recommend it anyone wanting a truly wonderful stay on the beach.
