Family home with large garden close to town center

Detached house 90m2 with a large garden (860m2) planted with trees and not overlooked near the centre of the village including its shops and market three times a week (850m walk), the lake (2.6km by car) and the ocean (11km by car).<br>Possibility to park two vehicles in the garden.<br>The house is located in a quiet housing development (cul-de-sac).<br>New bedding (July 2024).<br><br><br>The lake and ocean beaches are also accessible directly at the exit of the housing development by taking the bike path (distance to the ocean about 15 km).<br><br>The garage adjoining the house can be used to store your beach equipment and any bicycles.<br><br><br>Baby equipment present in the rental: cot, high chair, stroller<br>Linen (duvet, sheets, pillows, dish towel) provided<br>Towels (towels, beach towels) not provided

A l'ombre des arbres

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette jolie maison d'hourtin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin ombragé. L'accueil et la gentillesse de nos loueurs. La maison était propre, fonctionnel, nous avons tous bcp apprécié.

Comfortabel en rustig verblijf

Een ruim en fijn huis in een rustige omgeving. De tuin was groot en de bomen zorgen voor verkoeling. Ontzettende aardige eigenaren. En niet ver van het mooie strand van Hourtin en het meer. Ook het dorpje is erg vlakbij.

Maison agréable et spacieuse

Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances dans cette maison familiale situé à 2 pas du centre ville. Nous avons varié les plaisirs entre le lac (10 minutes en voiture) et l océan (13 minutes en voiture) où nous avons pu nous garer très facilement alors que nous sommes partis tout début août. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très disponibles. Merci encore.
