Ready to make some awesome memories?! This beautifully renovated home marries modern beauty with old charm architecture. Original Marble flooring (Wow), updated fixtures, oversized garden tub, double shower heads in master shower, coffee bar, FOUR smart TV's, complimentary Wifi, Office w/ printer! Minutes from downtown Corpus Christi & the best local restaurants and events in town. Huge Fenced in yard with grill, full sized swimming pool, hammocks, a pergola & a guaranteed good time.
Very pet friendly home, please note that the fee is $175 Per Pet, Per Stay.
Absolutely NO EVENTS allowed. No loud noise is permitted on the property (i.e. music, outside noise, etc.) If we are notified of a noise complaint we reserve the right to have guests removed from the property with no refund.
WEDNESDAY GUESTS - Please note that if you are a guest at this home on Wednesday, we ask that you bring the trash bins out to the curb as the city picks up trash on Thursday morning. If you are still in the home on Friday, please pull cans back in. Failure to pull trash cans out will result in a fee of $75.00 as we will need to pay to have someone remove and discard the trash from trash cans.
NOTE: This home is sprayed by Fox Pest every month, however it is located near the bay and because of this, guests might see a water bug or the occasional roach. Please Do not reserve this home if water bugs or the occasional roach will ruin your stay or cause you to leave a bad review.
NOTE: There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
NOTE: There is a jet tub jacuzzi in the bathroom off of hallway but the jets are not currently working. It can be used as a garden tub but not a jacuzzi at the moment.
NOTE: We did not list the oven as an amenity. We DO have an oven. However it is older and difficult to use. It does not always display the temperature. Please use at your convenience but do not book this home if baking is an important part of your stay.

Very spacious and open, this home offers 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a den, an office, separate living/dining areas & an open, fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen is open concept and sits between the dining and living room, making this home perfect for socializing & entertaining. No need to fight over who's watching what!! We've put FOUR smart TV's in this home for you: You'll find one in the living room, the master bedroom, bedroom #1 and the den! Need more than 3 bedrooms? The den can be used as a 4th bedroom and/or is perfect for a family game room & lounge area. Looking for a little extra privacy? This home has the perfect layout for you. All the bedrooms have a generous amount of seperation from each other. Master bedroom has a private bath that features double shower heads in shower. Master closet is so big it doubles as an office. Fully equipped w/ printer. Bath 2 features a sunken oversized jet tub jacuzzi! French doors open up to the back yard where you'll find a pool, bbq grill, a pergola, two comfy hammocks and a recipe for a great time.
