We are renting out our house and its independent apartment for the summer period. <br><br>Provençal villa of 135m2 and independent apartment on a wooded and shaded plot of 1500 m2. In the heart of the village, in a small quiet alley.<br>Private parking in front of the house. <br><br>The villa comprises: <br><br>- 3 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms:<br>A master suite upstairs with WC, shower room and balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool.<br>Two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a 140 bed, the other with a 90 bed.<br>Possibility of additional extra sleeping by adding a 90 bed in one of the bedrooms. <br><br>- A large air-conditioned living room of 35m2 with a small covered terrace on the south side. <br><br>- An equipped kitchen.<br>- A 2nd shower room and a 2nd toilet. <br><br>- A refurbished apartment adjoining the house. Outbuilding of 35m2 with an air-conditioned bedroom, kitchenette and private bathroom and toilet.<br><br>On the south side of the property, a private swimming pool of 7m by 3m, treated with salt, with deckchairs and sunbeds.<br>The pool is fenced for the safety of the little ones. <br><br>On the north side, a large pergola in the shade with barbecue and garden table. <br><br>The villa is our main residence; we therefore ask holidaymakers to watch over and respect the place as well as our neighbourhood. Families welcome. <br><br>We have an adorable little cat who loves the company of young and old. Kibble and caresses welcome!<br><br>Blauzac is a small southern village where life is good. Restaurant, small supermarket, tobacconist/newsagent and wine estates within walking distance.<br>All shops in Uzès 7km away. <br><br>The village is the starting point for many hikes between vineyards, scrubland, Roman remains and Gardon gorges. <br>Climbing sites, via Ferrata and canoe rental a few kilometres away, in the villages of Collias and Sainte Anastasie. <br><br>Uzès and its duchy 7 km<br>Farmers' market on the Place aux Herbes on Wednesdays and Saturdays, local olives, truffles in season, Pélardons, wines, focaccia, brandade... <br><br>Pont du Gard 15 km<br>Nîmes 20 km<br>Avignon 40 km<br>Mediterranean beaches and Cévennes 1 hour away <br><br>Linen and sheets provided.<br>End-of-stay cleaning not included.
