A fully renovated former mill located near the Chapeauroux River (fishing, swimming, etc.), a house with a separate entrance, 200 metres from the owners’ home. Ground floor: living room/lounge (TV, double sleeper sofa, pellet stove), kitchen area (dishwasher, oven, range hood, microwave, fridge-freezer), laundry room (washing machine), separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), shower room, toilet. Fisherman’s cabin for storing equipment. Terrace with patio furniture and barbecue along the banks of the old Moulin Canal. Large adjoining lot with parking space. Wi-Fi access. Pets are not allowed. Flat-rate heating fee to be paid on site (€10/night).

Une belle petite maison dans un environnement enchanteur

Tout a été parfait. Tant l’accueil, que la propreté du logement et bien évidemment le charme de cette maison au bord du chapeauroux... Un bel endroit, calme, digne d’une carte postale de margeride. Nous reviendrons !
