We love staying on Point Royale property. This is a nice condo. The back bedroom was warmer than the rest of the condo but other than that, everything was great.

For the price, it was fine. The place smells old, it’s dated, and the beds were horrible. The owners also use the Thousand Hills place as their property manager and my goodness - they texted and called nonstop about buying show tickets. I wouldn’t stay here again. There are other condos in the Pointe Royale that we’ve stayed in and loved so this was just a one-off experience.

We enjoyed our stay but feel the owner should state on VRBO that they prefer you not use the fireplace. While it was warm and we would not have used it, it would have been disappointing had we had cool temps.

Good Branson option

The condo was a good home away from home for 5 days. We were two couples so liked the 2 bed/2 bath! The complex is a bit older but kept up nice. We didn’t cook much as there’s too many good places to eat out in Branson. The essentials are there but not much else to make it real homey feeling. Great rates and location!

Last minute decision

We made a last minute decision to go to Branson on Thanksgiving weekend. We didn’t have a lot of selections so this was the best we could find. I don’t know why a lot of other people gave this place an excellent review. We have stayed at Pointe Royale many times but this was the worse one.

Clean and comfortable. Everything we needed to feel at home. Great location. A short walk to the clubhouse with restaurant and pool which was very convenient compared to an earlier stay in the area. Guarded gate entrance made us feel safe and comfortable staying there. 10 AM check out was a little earlier than we would have liked to be up and out. A/C worked great during our summer stay. Only negative was the noise from the unit above us by a person with heavy footsteps. Not too noticeable until we were ready to go to sleep.

Our thoughts

Was not the best condo we have stayed in at Branson. Kitchen was not well stocked. No Dish towels or dish cloths. Exhaust fan in Master bath did not work. Clothes dryer took more than one cycle to dry clothes. Overall livable but not much more.
