Nestled in the trees beneath the Aerial Tram, this home provides guests with true ski-in ski-out access, as well as a private hot tub and sauna to enjoy after a long day on the slopes. Full of natural light, the multiple living areas allow you to comfortably feel immersed in nature right outside.

No amenity is overlooked; the home also features a media room and a heated garage with plenty of space for ski gear in the winter. Curl up by the fireplace on cool Teton evenings and enjoy peace and quiet, while still being within walking distance from the action in the heart of Teton Village. A spacious backyard including a large patio, with two grills and an outdoor fireplace, is perfect for summer evenings. The fireplace in the TV room works, but the fireplace in the great room and primary bedroom are not functional.

This home does not have air conditioning, as central AC is still an uncommon property feature throughout Jackson Hole. Fortunately, due to our elevation and mountain climate, we find indoor temperatures can be regulated by following procedures detailed in the guest portal provided upon booking.

Winter guests: We strongly encourage 4WD/AWD vehicles in the winter due to snowy conditions and an inclined driveway.

There are exterior security cameras in use on the property.

Stairs will be required to navigate the different levels of this home.
