The private Pool is open (May-Oct). The spa is open all year. Relax in the spa, around the gas fire pit, and enjoy the beautiful evening on the nice decks. The game room is set for hours of fun. Poker, pool, and ping pong tables. Fun games for everyone. The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances, two drip coffee makers, three refrigerators, a large patio kitchen area with a gas grill, outdoor TV, and dining tables for 20 guests. For your sleeping comforts, the upper level has 1) king, 2)2 queens, 3) queen, the lower level has 4) king, 5) queen, and 6)6 twins. Extra beds, lower-level queen sleeper sofa, twin rollaway, queen blow-up bed. Bathrooms: full bathroom in the upper hallway, en-suite in the two queen bedrooms, and a lower-level full bathroom. Also, out by the pool is a full bathroom.

Great stay and perfect location

Had a blast spending the weekend with a few friends. The owners are very friendly and made us feel welcomed from first arrival. The house was very clean and they provided us with plenty of towels and bedding. Highly recommend this rental!

This is great house for family get together. The house was spacious and stocked with all the amenities. The place had games to keep both kids and adults engaged during our time away. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect for our family getaway!

This was a fantastic home for our family of 10 to gather together. There are several areas for gathering indoors and out and plenty of space and bedrooms. The private pool was a huge bonus! The beds were uncomfortable for us and we felt the main floor bathrooms could use some refreshing but other than that it was perfect!

This 6 bedroom house was a great size for our group of 14. We loved the size of the living and dining rooms, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Bonus, having three full-size fridges was extremely handy! Finally, the location was perfect -- close to The Shady Gator and Goofy Goose Boat Rental. Unfortunately, it was too hot to enjoy the ample deck space and the hot tub. Maybe we'll have to book again during cooler months.

Family trip

The property was really nice but it said that there was 8 bed rooms and it was only six .so we had to have family sleep in the garage to have privacy.but other than that I liked everything else about this property.

Great place for large multi family vacation

We had 16 people at this residence. 10 adults and 6 children. Plenty of sleeping locations, lots of bathrooms. Close to the water. Multiple games to play inside and out.

Great place for a family reunion

The property was great for our family reunion. The pool was the highlight of the weekend! Lots of room for people to move around. The description was a little misleading. There are only 6 actual bedrooms, one being the bunk room. But we certainly made it work. Thanks for letting us visit!

Property was big enough to accomodate our group..We were there 2 days post Christmas for a family Christmas, and there was a tree/decor and that was nice. Maid service didn't exactly have the place the cleanest after the previous guests had left. Also smelled strongly of weed/pot in some of the rooms. Actually, was the first thing we smelled when we walked in the front door. the price, expected a little more as far as cleanliness. We are locals, and only live 15 and 30 minutes away. Had to replace a light bulb that wasnt working. Stove top was quite dirty.pretty from

Six Bedrooms Not 8- Nice decks

The trip would have been been more enjoyable if the listing were acccurate. There are 6 bedrooms, not 8. One of the six does not have a door. We had 8 families so two had to double up. Three BR and the "4th" BR is out by the pool in a cement room. Messaged hosts 3 times prior to trip to nodify to bring our dog. They responded but never sent over the updated contract for the dog. Overall clean, large table for dining. Nice decks. Table tennis and air hockey table are in garage, a little warm. Dart board but only 1 working dart. Comfy chairs and plenty of seating. Close to Shady Gators and H.Toad. Pool is small but clean. Hot tub worked well. Beds were comfy except bunk beds were hard.

The property was beautiful and we loved having a private pool and hot tub! Everything was very clean and it was so nice that it had soap, paper products and toiletries provided. The dining table was very nice and it was fun to all sit together. The living room area was very roomy and everyone enjoyed the 2 tvs!The beds were very comfortable and clean bedding was appreciated. It was very hot and humid the day we moved in and I think the garage freezer had a hard time keeping up. But after a day it was back to normal. 2 days before we left the kitchen frig was not cooling and registered at 75. We checked the freezer and it seemed fine. We did have a couple of adults who tripped on the way in/out of the front door. No one was seriously injured which we are thankful, but maybe a railing would’ve help. (No alcohol involved) That would be my only suggestion. We had a great time! Thanks!

Annual family get together

Our family had a very nice stay at this property. It is everything the description describes. We enjoyed the different family areas along with the pool. It was just the right depth (3-4 ft) for playing and lounging. Cleanliness could have been better. There was plenty of dust bunnies and debris under the reclining sofas. But Al in al we enjoyed our stay!

Great Family Trip

We stayed here for a family trip and everyone had a great time! The location was great and the owner was really quick to respond. We had an issue with a cloudy pool on the third day, I emailed the owner and she sent someone out within 2 hours to have it looked at. We rented a boat and I would say the only thing that we didn’t love was that the boat slip is about a 5 minute walk down the road, and not right at the property like we thought. We loved our stay and we are looking forward to our next family trip!
