All the fixtures are brand new.<br>Very bright and well-lit. A few decorative touches are currently being added.<br>You can enjoy the small south-facing balcony.<br>It features a bedroom with a new king-size bed and a television. <br>A sleeping area separated by a soundproof and blackout curtain, featuring a bunk bed.<br>A bathroom with a shower and a washer-dryer.<br>A fully equipped kitchen (glass-ceramic cooktop, pyrolytic oven, microwave, dishwasher)<br>Living room with a sofa bed and a 101 cm TV. Wi-Fi (fibre).<br>Sheets and towels are provided; end-of-stay cleaning is required.

Super Lage, blick aufs Meer und die Festung.

Küchenausstattung ist zweckmässig, checkin mit techn. hindernissen. Man muss zuerst den code am Klingelboard eingeben (ggfs 2x A drücken) 1xA ist nur die Klingel, dann befindet sich ein Schlüsseltresor an der Wohnungstür.
