🌾 At “Le Cocon Salé,” a house nestled among pine trees, just 5 minutes from the ocean 🌾

Charming house located in a private residence with swimming pool for up to 4 people.

Furnished tourist accommodation classified 3 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

🏠 The House:

Tastefully renovated semi-detached house of more than 50m2, consisting of a living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower, all bordered by a wooden terrace.

- The very bright living room, entirely composed of bay windows, has a large sofa and a TV with satellite decoder. Internet connection with fibre. Air conditioning.
- The kitchen with its standing table is open to the living room and functional. It has 4 induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and everything you need to cook.
- The master bedroom of 12m2 has a wardrobe area, shelf, a 160 x 200cm bed and an adjoining covered terrace.
- The 6m2 boat-style bedroom also has a real bed in 160x200cm.
- Outside: a large wooden terrace surrounds the house, you have a large table that can accommodate up to 6 people, a relaxation area with 2 deckchairs, as well as a lounge area. An electric plancha will be at your disposal. The garden is fully fenced.

🌳 The Residence:

Quiet and private residence under the pine trees, you have a parking space in front of the house. Other visitor spaces are available a few metres away.
The residence also has a communal swimming pool 1 minute walk away, open from June 15 to September 15.

⛱ The environment:

Between the village and the ocean, the residence is ideally located. The cycle paths start in front of it and it is easy to get to the village, the various beaches, the golf course, etc...

Less than 5 minutes by bike from the residence you will have the choice between the central beach and its lively promenade: restaurants, bars, surf schools, shops...
Or the Cork Oaks beach, known as the green beach, quieter and wilder. Only accessible on foot or by bike.

Around the residence you will find:

- A sports course or nature walk around the lake.
- International golf (9 and 18 holes)
- Mini golf
- Adrenaline Park
- The Huchet current with its walks on foot or in a boat.
- An equestrian centre with walks in the forest and on the beach at sunset.

The house is not wheelchair accessible.
Rentals during the summer periods are from Saturday to Saturday.
Cleaning is not included, however we can offer you a cleaning service.

Beautiful place

We really enjoyed our holiday at Moillet et Maa. The house had pretty much everything we needed and is in a beautiful tree lined setting. It was very peaceful and quiet which was perfect for our family. We went with our two boys aged 10 and 12 and so it was good to have the communal pool much closer to the house then we initially thought it was. The boys were able to walk there and back as they pleased and the area felt very safe. It was fantastic to have a coffee machine and washing machine, a great sized fridge and freezer and the beds were very comfortable too. At times we got a little warm at night and were not keen to have windows open due to the mosquitoes but there was a fan which helped. Only two things missing for me were a hairdryer and an iron for some of my crumpled clothes! Although theoretically you can walk to the beach and the restaurants nearby it would probably take about 20/ 25 mins which my lazy children were not willing to do! So we were glad to have hired a car though hiring bikes would also work as there are lots of cycle paths which looked easy to navigate. The area is beautiful and we were only a few mins walk from Adrenaline Parc which was reasonably priced and lots of fun. The beaches are incredible and the supermarkets are also only a short drive away. Remi gave us some useful info when we arrived and was very fair and reasonable. All in all a wonderful area, house and hosts and we are looking forward to hopefully returning one day soon.

Un havre de paix

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et recommandons sans hésitation cette location. La maison est splendide, coquette et idéalement placée puisque située non loin des plages tout en étant encrée dans une résidence où règnent calme et sérénité. Elle est fonctionnelle et l'extérieur est tout aussi beau que l'intérieur. Jeanne et Rémi sont très disponibles et à l'écoute. Nous sommes partis de cet endroit magnifique à regret mais dans l'espoir de rapidement y retourner. Encore merci à nos hôtes.

Sehr schön ☀️

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr schön , abseits vom Trubel . Das Haus ist super gemütlich und schön eingerichtet mit viel Stauraum. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Rémi war sehr bemüht und flexibel , spricht außerdem sehr gutes deutsch und gibt tolle Tipps ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder !

Best weeks in the year

Ein sehr gemütliches, sehr sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, mit allem, was man im Urlaub benötigt, um sich selbst zu versorgen: Küchenutensilien, Kaffeemaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, etc. Super sauber und ganz liebe Vermieter. So hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und stets erreichbar. Zum Strand mit dem Rad 10 min. Einfach wunderbar! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder : )

Maison très agréable et environnement top !

La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. La résidence est très calme. La piscine de la résidence est bien pratique avec des enfants. L’environnement est magnifique avec les plages à 5 minutes à vélo. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Remy et Jeanne, les propriétaires, ont été très accueillants lors de notre arrivée.

Super Freundlich

Tolle Wohnung Tolle Lage mitten im Wald. Alles top in Ordnung und die Gastgeber sind super freundlich. Mit dem Hund konnten wir tolle runden im Wald drehen der ist riesig und ein See der super schön ist. Pool sauber und groß, den hatten wir für uns. Kaum Touristen und viel Einheimische.

Kleines Nett eingerichtetes Haus im Pinien Wald

Wir haben in dem Haus 2 Wochen im Juli 22 als Familie mit zwei Kindern und Hund verbracht. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und somit gut für einen Hund geeignet. Nur wenige geh Minuten vom Haus entfernt fängt ein Wald mit See an. Wunderschön zum Spazieren gehen. Das Haus ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist gut gewählt und passt zum ganzen. Der öffentliche Pool ist gut zu erreichen und war auch nicht überfüllt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert. Es lief absolut unkompliziert (auf deutsch) und er stand jederzeit als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Moliet et Maa bietet wirklich alle erdenklichem Freizeitmöglichkeiten vom See über das Meer bis hin zum Golfplatz. Wir haben den Aufenthalt rundum genossen und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder!
